Id like to write a complaint about Paris Moradian from RE/MAX REALTRON
REALTY INC, BROKERAGE.
We currently have our home for sale. Paris Moradian made a listing appointment for Sunday at 11: 45. With any appointment it takes extra time to get the house ready for a showing. After loading our two newborn twin boys and driving around for an hour realizing they never came we contacted our agent. Apparently Paris requested a time change at 11: 40 to our listing agent. 5 minutes prior to the appointment which we didn’t get informed about until after their showing time as it was such late notice. Paris told our agent they are from Toronto and were running late and wanted to see the house so to pick a new time. We picked 2: 30. Once again, we loaded up our newborn babies and went for an hour and a half walk and still a no show. Our agent called multiple times, no answer. Paris called at 5 and said she lost her phone. Would her clients not have a phone to look up our agent or tell the time? She said we can come right now when she called at 5. We agree and say let us just feed the babies and load them up again as we had to wake them from their nap. This took no longer than 10 minutes. We get a message again after we have already started to pack up from our agent saying she is gone now and they might be back over the thanksgiving weekend. Paris Moradian has no consideration for other peoples time and is the reason agents from Toronto get a bad reputation. We wasted our entire Sunday just waiting around. Please have some courtesy and value other peoples time- especially during a stressful time with newborn babies.

I would like to share my experience. I don’t usually write a bad review for people unless I think they should be notice to the T: First of all, Iam a buyer but I decide to wait out so I decided to rent. This is my first time to rent and did not expect renting is harder then buying. I contact one of the listing for rent on mls and saw an ad from Oakville posted by Aaron Wan. I thought he sound a bit honest but came to realized he was not honest and professional. I submit my offer in to rent one property in Oakville and ask me to submit my bank statement and they will have the keys for me to move next day. I specific said I would not submit anything unless I get to have the house otherwise there no point. My income show I can afford it and even with my house being sold and brining in 600 K but still he decided he didn’t even reply my text about weather he will get me the keys the next day. I message him the night before and inform him if his landlord will approve or not and still didn’t even reply till now. Not sure if it’s a pride or what, but if people can work professional in a real estate world, they should not work. I thought I will contact his manager and OREA to report how disrespectful this experience for me. People hate recites and even writing about me upset me for someone who don’t love real estate as much but go into this field. I don’t know how he can last but I need people to trust the right realtor who work for the best interests of his client and have moral value principle to people who is direct buyer or renter.

Selecting a Broker to represent me in purchasing my first home was a major decision. Fardad made every step so easy and all went so smooth. He was very professional and was able to get a very good deal for me. I would highly recommend Fardad Farhanian to all family and friends.

Michelle Elmaleh the office manager of this branch is extremely rude and has bad manners. Not sure who and why appointed her for this managerial position. She is not a well-suited candidate for this position at all. And as you can guess this branch is poorly managed.

Wow this company REMAX / REALTRON REALTY INC.should seriously do something about their agents as I was just misrepresented and completely was misled by ESTHER NAHMANI-ISMAN so unprofessional field with anger and attitude I just file a complaint with RECO as this matter is serious, I do not recommend her or har establishment clearly someone else think the same here, il soon file a lawsuit against her and her firm

We've never met so many narcissistic people in one group before. They think they're celebrities, especially Esther. Not sincere, not genuine, not professional. You want to be able to trust your agents, they are supposed to work for you, not only their image.

All brokerages aren’t equal. I moved to Remax Realtron a year and a half ago and can honestly say, I should have done it years ago. In addition to training sessions on a wide variety of topics all year round, Alex Pilarski's power meetings which run once a month are invaluable. They're timely, relevant and thoughtful. In this business, being up to speed is one of the many keys to success. Plus, we get consistently recognized for our successes which can easily be shared with clients. Their support staff is well trained, extremely helpful, friendly and consistent. In a business where things can move quickly, it's awesome to have such amazing people supporting you!

The parking for this office is massively overcrowded. The people who work at this building don't care. There is other parking less than a 2 minute walk away, but they double park with reckless abandon and will laugh at you if you come out and find your car blocked. Other highlights include parking a beautiful $150k Land Rover (thanks 5% on modern house prices!) on the no-parking side of the street, creating hassle for everyone. These are not the kind of people you want to work with.
