A difficult repair, considering how much of the freezer drawer had to be dismantled. The repairman sure knew his stuff. Later, a two day wait for the ordered part, and then a speedy fix.

My LG dishwasher’s panel stopped working and I didn’t know what to do I contact LG via web chat and they directed me to Elite Appiance Service. Basically my glass stove top cracked and when I called other stores around they told me that it was not possible to repair as the replacement was not available and that I would need to buy a new one.

I was extremely upset as this stove was purchased last year 2021 and was not even a year old.

I called Elite Appliance Service and in less then one month my stove top has been replaced and the stove is good as new. I did not need to spend thousands of dollars more on a new stove.

Had a call for Dishwasher repair, order 485123. Took the time to wait out the repair by running a cycle forn20 mins to ensure there was nothing wrong. They also always book withing days of calling. Great work!

The first technician Ricky was on time and explained in detail the issue with the dishwasher. He clearly communicated next steps and we received text updates.

The second technician Andy was super lovely. He went above and beyond and installed some of the kickplates to the cabinets around the dishwasher, going totally above and beyond.

My frigidaire dishwasher doesn't work very well (not clean and no heat at all). I called Frigidaire toll free and Elite Appliance was allocated to repair. The technician came in, tested the testing model and said everything is fine. I said I can show you the picture, those dishes are not clean and water is everywhere. I asked can you run a cycle to check, he said he is too busy. He told me there is a electric current up to 12-15 AMP on his equipment which means there is no any problem at all. He suggest to use rinse liquid to dry the dishes. I said that rinse liquid only help dry, but doesn't dry the dishes. He said that is only thing you should do.

A few days later, I bought rinse liquid and used it in the dishwasher. The problem still there. Then I called Elite Appliance again following same procedures. The service person said according to the technician's report, your dishwasher works well, so we are not going to send anyone to inspect and your ticket has been cancelled.

I am so surprised and disappointed about Elite Appliance technicians' experiences, training and knowledges. I know testing model will give a lot of information, but a few testing model data can't reflect the real problem when it is running!

I attached 3 pictures which were taken after I open the dishwasher after 2 hrs cycle.

Updated: Two weeks later, the technician came back and we ran a full cycle. He eventually confirmed there is no heat at all. So the new part was ordered and installed a week later. The problem was solved finally. The result is acceptable. So I changed the score to 3 stars.

My oven caught fire because of a defective element and Maytag was quick to send Elite to repair. I would like to send a huge thank you to Sherry at Maytag! She was quick to send Elite with parts and they were prompt, professional, and efficient and had ordered the parts in no time. My oven is brand new! Elite Appliance Service came to my home regarding repairs to both my Samsung Refrigerator and Gas Range work order # 4079203. The ice maker had a recall and the gas oven was taking too long to preheat. Andy and Larry were very professional and made sure to cover up my hardwood floor before starting. They were friendly, informative, and got the job done. They also cleaned up afterwards. I don’t hesitate to recommend Elite to anyone who requires appliance services.

Our Samsung induction range oven started making a terrible noise. I called Samsung and they referred me to Elite Appliance Service. I gave them a call and I had a service technician arrive to diagnose my problem within a few days. It turns out that the bearing on the induction fan of the oven was gone. The tech ordered a new fan and returned within two weeks to replace the part.

The tech, David was very polite and professional. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and install the replacement part.

I would not hesitate in recommending Elite Appliance Service for your appliance service needs and would definitely call them again should another one of our appliances need a repair.

I was put in touch with Elite Appliance Service by LG for repairs to my dishwasher. I was contacted the same day by text to arrange the diagnostic appointment. All confirmations and updates were provided very efficiently via text. I was notified by text when the technician was 10 minutes away. The first time he was early which was a welcome surprise.

The technician was able to make a diagnosis and get parts ordered. Once the parts were in, I was notified by text for the appointment to repair my dishwasher.

Absolutely overpriced and estimate/quotes did not reveal correct parts for replacement and prior technician's visit for estimate ($120 for 2 minute of inspection) was not completely helpful either - I was advised to even buy a new range. The final quote for repair came to an astounding $600 plus. Further communications seeking some clarity was not followed up as well. In the end, I did my own research for changing the regulators and ordered parts and did the fix myself - it was an easy peasy thing because the connectors are not even hard-wired. Elite Appliance gave me a quote as if they were fixing the regulators themselves. The price quoted to me for the corresponding work did not match. I am giving low ratings for overpricing and lack of efficient customer support.

He then had to order some parts and that is where the best part was. I gave them 2 stars (would have been one) for the nice technicians that came, but otherwise, this company has issues.
My LG fridge needed repair and there was a mix-up with LG & myself, when I agreed with LG to enroll in the LG one Price plan. LG contacted them and 2 technicians came but wanted payment. So after identifying the mix-up and getting enrolled, I waited for them to come back to do the repair. Only after a week did I find out that they "refuse" to service my fridge. Even though I was insisting on them returning so that they would be compensated for their first visit. I would NEVER recommend them. This is just unprofessional to leave a customer hanging knowing how this would affect them. This behavior is petty.

Company was responsive to the claim, sent someone out quickly and provided updates on their location. Technician took the time to look at photos and videos I had of the issues and evaluated the dishwasher noticing the unlevelness could be the source of the leaks. He was very nice and quick. Elite Appliance, the authorized repair facility for Panasonic appliances, was what chose because my microwave was just out of the warranty period. I am impressed with their front office responsiveness, and ability to get the answers to my questions in a timely fashion. I am really impressed with their techs, who were knowledgeable, and accommodating, and very conscious of the Covid protocols.

The delay on parts order was disappointing, but was not under the control of Elite. They did however, short-circuit the parts supplier and went straight to the manufacturer to avoid unnecessary delays.

I would give them 10 *'s if it were possible.

On time and polite. We've used them in the past for warranty on a Samsung fridge. This one was a paid service and WOW are they expensive. We paid $318.55 for a service call to clean a clog. No Parts. Just over an hour on site. And this is after they reimbursed our service call fee of $148.03, as they stated they would in advance, if we proceeded with the work. Then, the tech put 2 screws through the side of our cabinet exposing them on the exterior damaging the panel.

When our brand new Electrolux washer started leaking all over our basement floor Electrolux sent Elite. We were very happy with Elite Appliance's customer service.
