We were very happy with our experience with Elite Appliance Service. We used them for a warranty job on or combo oven/micro and they were polite, and professional. They went above the call of duty to figure out the problem. We would recommend them.

Alex Lee was the repairman who fixed my issue. Not only did he solve the problem, he offered followup advice in order to avoid the same thing happening again.

Much faster than I expected, they were always easy to get a hold of and our technician Conan worked really hard to diagnose issues with our dishwasher even when it was an unusual noise it was making. They ordered the parts and quickly came back to fix it. Couldn’t have been happier!

Elite appliance sends competent technicians who not only analyze the problem properly, but they also double and triple check functionality post repair and then explain what part was faulty and how best to operate your appliance to maximize the lifespan of the new part.

My 8 year old Bosch dual fuel oven was over heating regardless of what temperature it was set to, giving me error code E115 and locking the oven door as a safety feature. After doing a thorough inspection of the problem, the technician determined that main control board to be replaced. I called Elite on Monday, the technician arrived on Tuesday to do the diagnostic, he ordered the board that arrived on Friday and then he returned on Saturday to complete the work. I am quite satisfied with the work and the speed of service, but most of all the pleasant demeanour and professionalism of Jankin the technician. (work order number: 504435)

Conan was very professional and knowledgeable of our LG fridge, as two other previous companies were not! He got my fridge up and running and looked over every portion to ensure he didn't miss a thing! We've been out our fridge for a month now it will be great to have it back! I didn’t pick the company- my dryer was still on warranty from Samsung and was leaking all over the floor, so they send Elite Appliances. It took a bit for him to identify the issue, but once he did, he was very efficient at getting it fixed! I would use them again if I had an issue.work order number: 493165

Waited for the entire afternoon for a technician to come and no one came. Called past the time they were supposed to come and customer service said the technician would be delayed by half an hour. Unacceptable since this scheduled visit was already later in the afternoon between 3 to 6. Zero updates from the company during the day about delays or anything. Customer service gave some excuse about the technician working on a complex job, but that's really not my concern.

They fixed my dryer but then 7-8 months it broke again in the same manner. I wish I would have used that money to just get a new one.

Elite Appliance was send by BestBuy Geeksquad warranty to come repair my Electric Range. Repair was quick and service was friendly and professional.

Our washer overflowed and water spilled everywhere. Tech found out the pressure sensor hose was broken and had it fixed in no time. They even wiped and cleaned the unit for me.

The best appliances service in Canada that I have ever experienced. Customer service are quick to answer and response. Stuffs are highly trained and professional. They keep their suits clean and tidy unlike most of the other companies and they take care of your home environment.

My service providers came to me during the long weekend which I'm surprised, and they wiped my oven at the end of service, which shows their tension to details. I'm pretty sure that you would be happy with their services too!

Technician arrived on time, found the problem and repaired it right away. I guess we lucked out cuz no parts were needed. Technician was thorough, cautious and experienced. I worked in the service industry all my life, and must say that I was very impressed by his professionalism, attitude and patience explaining as he analyzed the problem and made the correction.

They also seem to cover a wide array of manufacturer authorizations, and as luck would have it, include all the appliances we have. Definitely will use them again for any other appliance repairs needed.
