Mr. Wang did a great job in initially diagnosing the problem and subsequent repairs. His genuine smile put us completely at ease. We are so grateful that he was willing to put on his shoes when he walked into our home. There were no glitches or setbacks when he repaired our dishwasher, which shows how knowledgeable and capable he is. We would highly recommend him to any of our friends or family.

Very slippery to deal with. Took a month to fix the issue with the pump, the repair was very expensive, and then broke the control panel during the repair, which was fine before they came! They then refused to take responsibility for the damage, didn’t return phone calls etc.
Save your money and energy! This company is a mixed bag - sometimes good, sometimes not. I wouldn’t recommend finding out which it will be!

Bob is an amazing technician. Very punctual which I rarely see in this industry. The technician usually comes at the end of the scheduled window, but not Bob! He came right from the start. Very rare and great to see. He was also very polite and quickly diagnosed the problem and sorted it out as if he had never been here, keep up the good work. Let him come back anytime

My Bosch fridge had whinning noise from the condenser fan due to ice build up. Elite appliance service sent their tech and diagnose that the freezer door rails were defective and not closing the door fully. The tech quickly found the issue and ordered the appropriate parts. He not only diagnose the issue but gave tips on prolonging the life of the fridge. The turn around time was fast to ordering the parts and repairing the unit. The tech was professional and masked up. Worse service I’ve ever experienced and my appliance is still under warranty. I’ve been waiting for 3 weeks to get my compressor replaced. They are so disorganized and no one I speak to knows anything.
