After getting multiple estimates of nearly $5K to replace the passenger side doors and fix the quarter panel on my 2005 Toyota Highlander, I was very fortunate to find Elite.

The owner, Mario went out of his way, made multiple calls and was able to source used doors that were the same colour and year.

In the end I was able to get the job done for only $2K and keep my car. I couldn't be happier.
As if that wasn't enough they also fixed my bumper from a previous incident and even cleaned my car.

I have had the pleasure of working with Joe at Elite twice. First, 2 years ago with my 2014 Kia Sorento and this past December/January 2020 with my 2018 Kia Sorento. Both times Joe and Mario made my life so easy by simply having a rental car ready when I arrived at Elite and telling me to go home, relax and when my vehicle was ready they would call. Not only do these 2 guys completely take the the stress out of the accident for us, they treat us like we are a member of their family. Both times when I picked up our vehicle, the work done, was so amazing it was beyond belief the craftsmanship this shop provides. These guys are REAL PROFESSIONALS. My insurance company, Wawanesa needs to take a closer look at how this shop operates. They don't cut corners or do anything except First Class work. Like in the movie Butch Cassidy and The Sundance Kid, Butch was always asking of the guys chasing them, " Who are These Guys? " Well for me, Joe and Mario are the Elite Guys in the the body shop business. I'm sure glad I have them on my side. I'm a customer for over a year now. Elite Auto worked first on my 2007 Nissan Murano and now on my 2011 Volkswagen Touareg and I couldnt be more satisfied with their service. In that short time, they have done for me, tire jobs, brakes, oil change, struts, etc and it was always top notch work at unbeatable rates. I tried sourcing the parts myself and they always got them at better than what I could find. It's a family business for decades now and they are professional and friendly. They give good advice on what work need to be done and what shouldnt. Whether if you come here for regular maintenance, tire work, or after a collision, small jobs, big jobs, these guys will treat you well and most importantly do excellent work on your car, charging rates way below what dealerships charge. Mario, Bryan will take care of you and your vehicle. Just had my wheel balancing done yesterday and the car rides amazing at speed.

I had a damaged mirror and a fair bit of cosmetic damage to the passenger side of my car. Joe set out my options very clearly and let me make the choices with respect to how to fix the damage (repair/replace) and my insurance claim. His advice was 100% on point, the work was done exactly when he said it would be and the car looks good as new. I would recommend Joe and his team without reservation.

This is the second time I had my car fixed by elite auto collision and once again Joe and his staff provided exceptional customer service.

On both occasions, Joe and his brother Mario took their time to provide information as well as explain applicable insurance policies. They communicated with me on the progress of the work and notified me when it was completed. I learned about them through my fiancé and I have been very happy with how well they treated me and explained everything to the last detail. They do great work and I think what really shines more than their service is my car because on both times they detailed and clean it inside and out. These guys are average Joes (no pun intended) who have a lot of passion for their work and it shows with the quality of the service. I would highly recommend these guys for any work on your vehicle.

We have been taking our various damaged cars to Joe and Mario for past 20 years. The work has always been exemplary, and we have never had an impression of being "milked". These guys act as customer advocate in front of your insurance company (who is out to get you for the most part). They have also developed relationships over the years with the ecosystem around them - which ultimately lets them help you, the customer.

The work is done right, and with lasting quality - something we can attest to, as we tend to keep cars long after they were repaired by Elite. This means quality not just where the eye can see it.

There is a sense of trust, which is very important when you find yourself in a vulnerable state after the accident.

I had a scartch on the rear side of the car. BMW X6. I was very upset as its a nice car and that scratch made it look horrible. Those guys did an incredible job filling it and professionally fixing and painting it. The area now looks exactly if not better than before. I spoke with Joe at the front desk. He was super nice and the overall service was great! Highly recommend.

Very satisfied with the work Brian did on my brake change. He took the time to properly clean and lubricate the calipers and sliders and check that nothing was seized - which not all shops do. The repair cost was also less than other shops in the area despite him taking the time to do things properly. Great auto shop run by honest and professional guys.

Truly amazed! To say the absolute least. Walked in, with no expectations; explained the situation and how it all happened. Joe was prompt, and efficient with a strategic and cost effective plan to fix my car. Out of 4 prior quotes and putting my faith into the Elite Auto Collision Team’s hands, their price was the most competitive. The shop is professional, CLEAN and organized; with polite and friendly staff. I’ve been to, and have worked as a sales advisor at many shops; and can stand to say that Joe and the Elite Auto Collision crew superceeded all service standards. The cherry on the cake? It was raining outside the day I picked up my car; they put forward the prideful efforts to wash the car prior to delivery (yes, interior too!). All in all, I am confident to suggest that Elite Auto Collision is one of the superior auto body shops left in the GTA that provide quality workmanship. Having used Elite Auto Collision in the past I always got treated with excellent care. We took my wife's car to Elite after it had been hit while parked. I spoke with Joe and told him the car was brought to an impound and he took care of everything else. I got a call from Mario asking me to come in and go over the damages. When we got our car back it was better than new. The customer care and professionalism that takes place at Elite is exceptional.
