Made my first purchase at Elite BMW with Elias who was courteous, helpful and resourceful. When unforeseen delays occurred, the dealership and Elias made every possible effort to get me a loaner to make up for the 2-day delay in delivery. Would buy again and recommend to friends and family.

Elias at BMW Elite was amazing! He was and still is quick to answer any questions I have. He also made the trade in of my old car a breeze and into a brand new X5. I couldn’t be any happier with Elias and BMW Elite as a whole.

Horrible service department, worst communication ever and just straight up lied to me. What a total waste of time.

For years, the service department has been consistently amazing from the technicians to the service advisors - I can’t say the same for the sales department unfortunately. Gave them 3 separate opportunities & they’ve let me down every single time with their lack of product knowledge & organizational skills. Altogether, it seems like the sales department is in shambles almost constantly. As for the service department, I hope you all get recognized for your great work & customer service!

Just had my 2021 BMW serviced (oil change service and brake fluid service) at Elite. They were done in 1 hour (and included a car wash) which is excellent. Joe, my Service Advisor was courteous and very thorough. I like this place!

Elite BMW has modernized communication with texting you when your car is done. They have a driver to drop you off and pick you up. The dealership is very clean, staff is very friendly, and they have a nice beverage machine that makes hot chocolate, coffee, espresso, etc.

I have been very impressed with the driving experience of my BMW X3 m40i (the one with the b58 engine in the supra) and that coupled with the excellent service of this dealership has really made me totally forget about my previous Audi RS5 and Lexus RCF experiences at those dealerships.

I may even consider upgrading to a full M car in the future through this dealership. 5* I will keep having my vehicle serviced here and I appreciate the great customer service experience you offer.
