I contacted them a month ago for a quote and after the initial conversation, I was waiting to hear back from them. I got radio silence and after a followup still didn't hear anything. Poor communication and customer service. I would not reccommend. There are better local companies in town.

Great customer service! The folks at Elite went above and beyond to help me out with a custom piece. Would definitely recommend.

Had some minor small fixes with my countertop and Dino was so helpful! Quick and reliable and practically on call. Thanks again!

I was absolutely heartbroken after ordering my kitchen quartz countertop from Dino at Elite Granite whom I've known for several years and trusted in his word. Sadly, when the first slab arrived at their shop he informed me that his staff had cut the piece from the slab 10 inches too short and sent me a photo from his shop of the error. Then he offered to order me a new slab and I said no problem I will wait and appreciated his honesty. After a few calls/texts he finally said the 'new' slab had arrived and gave me an installation date. Much to my horror after the installers left, I noticed a seam on the straight piece that wasn't supposed to be there and it was exactly at the 10 inch mark from the wall. Who wants a seam just 10 inches from the wall?
In other words, a new slab was NOT ordered and I was incessantly lied to, to believe that it was. I guess they thought I was some sort of fool and wouldn't notice the seam because they tried to 'connect' the black 'dots' in the counter pattern. What really adds insult to injury, is that Dino didn't have the decency to just ask if they could use the first slab even though it was cut wrong and could they add a 10 inch piece with a seam and give me a discount or something? So, suffice to say, not only was I mislead and lied to, I was more furious at the deception that took place throughout this entire process more so than this seam. It is very unfortunate and doesn't make me happy to say that I can NOT recommend Elite Granite to anyone else ever again!
