Elite Party Rentals

We used Elite Party Rentals for our 50-guest backyard wedding this past weekend and had a great experience. The staff were super helpful and friendly! We went with acrylic glassware as a precaution (nobody needs broken glass in the backyard), and it was incredibly high quality. The half-barrels also insulated our ice really well — it still hadn’t melted by morning, and this was a hot July day. Cannot recommend this vendor enough! A true, top-drawer experience from start to finish.

I was so happy with our rentals from Elite! They were professional and helpful with last minute changes and delivered clean, high quality rentals. We rented tableware, linens, serving ware, and an oven for our cottage wedding.

This is my second time using Elite Party Rentals and definitely won't be the last. 2019 I used them for our small backyard wedding and again in 2022 for my dad's 70th birthday party. Both times were amazing. They are so friendly and accommodating. Ken is awesome. All my phone calls and emails were answered quickly and professionally. The process of pick up and drop off couldn’t have been any smoother. The prices of renting equipment
was extremely reasonable. Thank you Elite for helping make 2 special occasions so much easier to plan.

Very reasonably priced for rentals of everything for our wedding. Pick up was very well organized and drop was easy as well. Highly recommend for you events.

Rented more than I needed, didn’t even got the extra and was told I was going to get a refund, but then both owners didn’t recognized it and I didn’t get a refund… really bad customer service, they talk down to employees.

Easy pick up and drop off. Was missing one tablecloth in my order but they rectified the situation.

When you come in on a Thursday afternoon to get a fair amount of supplies for a special birthday party on Saturday and you’re met with wide eyes telling you “you should have made a reservation…. ”, you start panicking a bit.
But what a relief it was to have Kari dig and find everything we needed without breaking a sweat. Her busiest weekend of the last few years and she had us sorted out in less than 20 minutes.

I had a very positive experience working with Elite Party Rentals for my bridal shower on October 2,2021. From quickly getting an initial quote, to helping with multiple different changes on items and calling to confirm that an earlier delivery time was okay, Kari and her team were super helpful and responsive. I rented chairs, tables, tableware, glasses and linens. Everything was good quality and well maintained. I would definitely recommend working with Elite Party Rentals and would use them for any future events in the area.

TERRIBLE customer service! White chairs that we did end up using were not as expected.a cheap plastic that was dirty and in rough shape (wish I had taken photos, even my wedding planner was shocked by the condition). However we did order BLACK chairs as well that we no longer needed for our reception. The business refused a refund for the chairs we never even used for our wedding and were not unloaded/dropped off. WORST service ever. I called several times to cancel the order but no one picked up. When I placed my initial order the gentleman I spoke to said theres not always someone in the office so he was glad I called and didn't wait for an emailed response (hence why I didn't bother emailing to cancel them). I was charged $70 for a delivery fee of 700m.our reception was across the street. I only got refunded the drop off fee because I insisted I would drop off to be not have to pay another $70 to drop off down the street, I did not realize their location when I initially booked.overall not a happy customer.

Working with Elite for our wedding was such a great experience! We communicated with Kari a lot over the months to figure everything out and she was so helpful and quick to respond. They had everything that we needed to make our wedding day even more beautiful and perfect than we imagined!

Amazing experience working with the team at Elite Party Rentals from quoting through to rental pick up after the event. We planned a small backyard wedding this summer and Kari was extremely helpful with suggestions and prompt feedback. The whole process was very professional and helped reduce the stress of planning our big event. We will definitely reach out to them again for future events.

Thank you for everything so far! During the Covid-19, they graciously moved our deposit so we are able to use it to either postpone our wedding, or for ANY party. They even gave us an extension on the date. This is the 4th family event with Elite, obviously, they do a great job, we all use them.
My sister's wedding went off without a hitch last year. Kenny, the delivery guy was amazing!

We have been going here a lot, my Wife loves the place. I don't mind the pizza. I find the pizza Portal nice, but fear the day things like that takes jobs.
