An easy to find warehouse in the middle of a wide open industrial area. This place is huge. It's on the second floor and it has a small show room with a lot of open office space. Front desk staff was very polite and attentive. We are looking for a custom made quartz sink. We want a ramp/slope design with no curve edges. They took all our information down and said they will get back to us with a quote. It's been a couple days but it was a long weekend so will give it a couple more days before moving on.

We had the opportunity to work alongside Elias from Elite Stone throughout our counter top selection process. He was absolutely amazing! He was very knowledgeable about the various kinds, he ensured we had samples we could take back and forth, and he was prompt in responding to all of our questions and very personable. He made us feel we were his top priority always and made the process go very smooth. The installers were very thorough and ensured the counter design lined up. We are very happy with our counter top and the quality is wonderful.

Elite Stone supplied 2 Corian counters for our new laneway house. They were a real pleasure to work with; service was fast and the outcome was perfect! I highly recommend them! I am an architect and will be using Elite Stone again for future projects.

I was introduced to Elitestone through our insurance company. I had a roller coaster ride of highs and lows in dealing with Elitestone. The pace of execution was slow when compared to my expectations. This caused many challenges getting extensions with our Condominium Board.

Their countertop templater made huge mistakes in the design calculations which resulted in one piece of the granite being shorter. He also missed critical items related to levelling the platform correctly. Leading to delays in the project.

One saving grace was when Elias Toma - Sales Manager stepped in to address my concerns. Elias lives by the mantra of "Making a great day for people he interacts with". He kept his word and ensured that the project was brought to a mutually agreeable solution.

Elitostone has an excellent service team. I want to give a shout out to Lucy. She did a great job responding to my requests. Last but not the least I appreciate the initiatives by Mr. Fares to help out with the challenges.

TIP: Read the conditions of the agreement well so that you know what they cover and what they won't. Especially, if you have another company doing the cabinets.

I reached out to get my kitchen renovated and my fireplace replaced.
Eli came in with some great recommendations and worked with me to get the right price for the job.
Everything came out great and would recommend them to anyone.

Worst experience I've had to date while completing our office renovation. Stone slab was paid in full upfront. I needed to reschedule a measurement visit and have sent multiple emails along with two voicemails over several weeks and we are still waiting to hear back. If you want to feel like you're getting a good deal with nice remnant stone slabs and then be brushed off once they take your money, this is the place to be.

From the moment I stepped into the showroom, the experience was top notch. From Lucy, the young lady that greeted me at the front to the rest of the visit with Elias Touma. He explained the entire process from start to finish. He made necessary suggestions which were extremely educational and helpful. I recommend this business to anyone.

The person we dealt with was the rudest person, we ever came across. For sure would not recommend them to anyone. The lady at the sales department recorded the conversation without my consent, because I was upset about a miss communication and at the end mentioned she has the money to pay for the lawyer if we file a complain but we can't afford to pay our upcharges. A very rude way to treat a upset customer. Vey disappointed with them.

Elite Stone was recommended to us through a neighbor. We were in the process of a kitchen remodel to give our home an update. Not knowing what we had gotten ourselves into, Elite came in and helped us resolve a lot of our issues. Beyond the beautiful granite counter tops they installed, they gave us advice on how to maintain the shine, what cleaning products to use and even great advice on matching cabinetry. Thank you Mary and Fares for the AMAZING customer service and for making our kitchen dreams come to life! Will definitely recommend using Elite Stone Design!

We were purchasing a new home and shopping for granite companies at the home show.we signed up with a company who seemed great at the time but turned out to be a nightmare.we had called elite shortly after to see if they could help us out. Mary and Fares took the time to explain everything to us from manufacturing to installation and care.we were weary as the previous company took our deposit and left us in the dark. Elite reassured us of all our concerns and showed so much compassion considering we were so worried. I have never dealt with a company that took soo much time to explain and reexplain things happily.it really made our entire experience worth it.we were so happy with the final product and more so the customer service that we recommended to our parents.they are getting their kitchen counters installed next week and have only had amazing things to say about the entire experience.it is definitely hard to find companies that put so much effort in the customer service side of things and I am grateful that Elite still has these values. I highly recommend this company for both quality and services. Thank you Elite for everything.

In August of last year we had Elite Stone give us a new bevelled edge on our six-year-old kitchen Cesarstone countertops. Our countertops had to be removed temporarily in order for our insurance company’s contractors to fix damage to our kitchen floor and lower cabinets and we decided to take this opportunity to smooth out the edging.

Elite Stone did a good job of the edging but, to our horror, once our countertop had been reinstalled, its surface was damaged - it was now completely covered in large spots. It looked like leopard skin. The installers noticed this and had a go at cleaning it up - to no avail. Next, we spent about six months trying to get some help from this company. Mary, the receptionist whom we were mostly dealing with either ignored emails and phone messages, denied that the countertop could have been damaged by Elite Stone or said that it was an issue for Cesarstone, the countertop manufacturer, not Elite Stone!

In the meantime, we tried all different types of cleaning agents and nothing worked. Finally, an employee at Elite Stone let us know that since the countertop had been wrapped in plastic when it was taken away to be re-edged, it had probably been exposed to heat so the plastic had left these bubble-type marks. We have just had another countertop company in and they’ve let us know that there is no way of fixing the countertop surface unless it is again taken out and brought to a shop for treatment. We paid almost $1000 for new edging and did not expect to be getting a new surface as well. Mistakes happen but Elite Stone did nothing to help us to deal with theirs.

Actually the worst customer service I have received in my lifetime. The person who deals with all IKEA orders, Amelia B. Cordova, has made my whole kitchen experience a nightmare. She is extremely rude, a liar and doesn’t know how to deal with customers at all. When I tried to change my countertop she said she couldn’t put the order in until I had paid for the up charge, however a day later when I decided not to go with the more expensive countertop she said she had already put the order in. At this point I felt uneasy with the whole situation, because she was clearly going against me or her company, and wasn’t someone to be trusted. I have dealt with other stone companies and they have never lied or treated me like this.

Later on when the counter tops were finally installed they actually did such a bad job and left black spots all over my countertop and have yet to come out, they glued shut one of my drawers with silicon and I had to scrape it and scratch the top to take it off and lastly, my bottom handles that I ordered from Europe were ruined and scratched because they installed the countertop too close to the handle and every time I open the drawer it scratches.

When I called about the poor installation, Amelia said she couldn’t do anything about the damage until I paid for the up charge because what she did by putting the order in without having the customer pay in full was not her procedure, so therefore she lied to me. She said I had to pay the charge and close the file so she could open up a new service file to have someone come fix the countertops. After she threatened to have someone come to my home and take away my countertops if I didn’t pay the up charge, I regrettably did. It has been 2 months and I have not yet had anyone come to the house to fix my countertops.

Overall the whole experience has been awful and when you’re paying so much for the countertop, you would hope that good installation and customer service would come with it. To anyone using this company in general or through IKEA, please don’t, shop around and you can definitely find someone cheaper, someone who does a better installation and someone better to deal with than Amelia, save yourself the headache.

If you can, avoid this company. They quoted me on my counter directly and the quote was approximately $6k. I went through another company, who contracted to them (I didn't know till after) and I paid $1,400 less.

After the work was done and counter installed, I called about a minor defect.guess what. NO CALL BACK.

Called again, left voicemail. NO CALL BACK.

I emailed. NO RESPONSE.

Mickey Mouse outfit. Best to find another outfit. Companies who care about their customers return phone calls and deal with issues. My experience was a negative one.

The installers are super helpful. My kitchen designer made an error when choosing my new sink. The installer who came to measure for my countertop realized something was off and that the chosen sink seemed awfully small for a kitchen. He mentioned that there was enough space to have a much larger sink. All I had to do was bring the new sink to them and they would custom measure for me on site. It slowed them down a bit but had it not been for the guys experience, I would be stuck with an itty bitty sink instead of the beautiful large one that I have now. Also the installation was fast and on time. I have nothing but great things to say about the folks here.
