Elite Water & Air

While I do not have a water system from elite I do purchase my water there and have heard the conversations with customers and can say the customer service is definitely elite. I also purchased two wine sets which Danielle made up for me for Christmas and they were fantastic and a great value much exceeded my expectations, such a seamless and wonderful experience.

Joe just came and changed all my reverse osmosis filters and did an excellent job. Amazing customer service and honest installer. Highly reccomend it.

I purchased a water softener from Joe from Elite Water and Air. I live around an hour and a half from Orangeville. Over text Joe and I discussed meeting in Georgetown to purchase the softener as he had a job there and it was a little closer of a drive for me. Prior to meeting, I confirmed I was purchasing a 45,000 grain unit with a WS1 Clack valve and we agreed upon a price. I made sure to confirm via text that it was not a mixed bed (resin/carbon) system, as we had previously discussed that to be an option. Joe responded via text to confirm it was not the mixed bed system. My wife made the trip to Georgetown, and the purchase was made in the afternoon on November 19,2022. Over the last couple of days I've opened the box and had my installer install the softener. I noticed today that the unit is not what we had agreed upon. It is a 40,000 grain mixed bed (resin/carbon) system, which is not what I wanted. I spoke with Joe who acknowledged the error. He shared that he must have ordered the wrong one from the supplier. He said my only option would be return the unit to Orangeville for an exchange. I suggested that given it was his error, he should come to my house pick it up and bring the unit we had agreed upon. He responded via text with, "Sorry thats not happening thanks". He says it's a better system, but I do not want a mixed bed system nor was that what I purchased. A mixed bed system does not work for my application and I intentionally made sure to confirm with Joe via text that it was not a mixed bed system. I simply want the unit I purchased and for Elite Water and Air to make their error right, which they have patently refused to do, which is an awful customer response and quite crooked. Buyer beware!

Joe said Friday he will be able to replace my water softenerand water pressuretank. 8: 30 am sharp Joe and Sal was at my front door ready to work. If you are looking for professionalism and prompt service with an added bonus of humor and good conversation. Give Elite Water and Air a call and Joe will take good care of you.

I've had my system for over 6 months now, great service and very knowledgeable. I'm really happy with my water now and would recommend them to anyone who wants a real change in their water and lifestyle.

This company is dependable, provides great service and prices are competitive. Their service manager personally answered all my questions and suggested the best equipment according to my needs. I highly recommend them and will certainly continue tu use them for the maintenance of my equipment

Joe and his team member arrived on time and got our RO installation for a drinking tap and fridge done very quickly. Good price for a European-made RO system and came with a very nice drinking tap (they let us choose a colour which matches very nicely with our main faucet).
