Liz was fantastic to work with. I was looking for a new home in a new City and she provided honest advice and direction about what would work well for my family. She was quick to respond, efficient in how she booked/scheduled viewings (around my chaotic schedule), and never applied pressure to close the deal. Liz was wonderful to work with and had a very calm, warm, and sincere approach to working with me as I rented out my first home. She was recommended to me by a colleague and I would recommend her as well. She was always available and never left me feeling "in the dark". I felt I knew what was going on throughout the process, which reduced stress. Although the winter season was slower and quiet, in the end we found the perfect tenant, with minimal stress put onto me which was great as I am pregnant.

In terms of service, Liz went well above and beyond our expectations. She was very knowledgeable about the industry and responded quickly to queries (regardless of the time of day). The staging on our home was phenomenal. This was done at her cost and included replacing a couple of fixtures to maximize the visual impact. We set a record for selling price in our complex. She also assisted with purchase, negotiating a very good deal on our behalf. Definitely worth the commissions.

Liz was wonderful helping us sell and buy house during the pandemic. She made our experience so easy and pleasant. She did an excellent job making sure that important deadlines are met and unexpected issues get resolved with the closing. Liz is extremely knowledgeable, responsive and supportive.
