WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. This is, by far, the worst baby store in Toronto / Ontario. We have now had two dressers fall apart within months of purchasing them from Ella + Elliot. Getting a replacement was made incredibly difficult (surprise surprise) so we have now given up on the second occasion the dresser broke - we will have to just buy from someone else. We have also visited the store and on all occasions the staff have been both rude and unhelpful. They have even taken away display toys that our 20 month old son was gently playing with. My strong advice would be to go to West Coast Kids or SnuggleBugz, this is not a store you ever want to interact with.

Couldn't be happier with our Naturepedic mattress and Oeuf crib! We're especially pleased with the quality of the crib. Christian was knowledgeable and a great help to us after a lengthy amount of online research which left us with many questions. Thank you!

We ordered an Oilo rocker from Ella + Elliot and were extremely impressed by the overall experience! We were able to sit in them in the store and pick our favourite and then customize our choice (motorized v not, upholstery colour). They were extremely responsive throughout the delivery period and the actually delivery itself was seamless, one of the best furniture delivery services we have received! Overall excellent experience!

Don’t know where to begin it’s an overpriced store completely. Everything is all clustered, lack of help, dirty. I came with my sister to browse. She asked not too long ago to use the bathroom when we first visited with her husband & she did not use it due to how it smelt with lack of sanitization. You would think for a baby store it would be the last room to be that dirty. Upstairs we were looking at a section that carried baby towels for bathing and there was ants present in the area, everything is dusty. I would not feel comfortable even buying clothes for my future nephew after witnessing insects near baby items. When you enter to browse the senior worker stares at you before he will ask if you need help or just watches like you are a thief. I can sense judgement right away as my sister did as well when we last came in. We will not be returning as a family to proceed with a registry or making any purchase as we found it a waste of time. I’m not a man to write reviews but the vibe we both got from visiting was irritating. Our family friends warned us about this store due to their past experiences as well.

I am so excited. This was not just a regular baby store. It was so much more. My friend just had a baby girl and I wanted to buy a few unique pieces as her mom is my bestie. The customer service was too notch and Christian the owner was amazing. I spent just shy over $1500 but it was worth it. I am so excited to spoil baby Melody. Thank you so much Ella and Elliot. Your furniture is so beautiful and I love the pieces you have that can change bases on growth of the baby. I will be back again as more and more of my friends are having babies.
