Very knowledgeable and kind staff. Staff seem well versed in various curl textures, products and techniques. The Virgin cut includes many tips, tools and education to maximize curls.

I hate leaving negative reviews but it seems my only option to get anyone's attention here. In August I dropped off a sample for a perfume to be made and have since followed up with five separate phone calls. I have received different answers each time, varying from the owner will call me back within 10 minutes, to we will call you right back so you can pick it up. However, I have not received one call back yet, and it has been three full months. I do find it hard to believe that not one of my messages has made it to the owner, so I believe the full delay is on them. I am beyond disappointed with this incredibly unprofessional service and would warn against this service for anyone that values their time.

Cassandra and Cassandra are both excellent hairdressers! My colour and cut are awesome! My hair and curls feel so soft with the treatments.

Had a wonderful time. The girls were so helpful and would check up on me all the time which was great.

They taught me so much about my hair and how to use products and answered all my questions.

Just make sure you are ready to spend a few hrs there as the whole process takes a long time. But it’s so worth it. They cut my hair, washed it, styled it, dried it and then made a few trims at the end. I was there for about 3hrs in total.

It’s pricey but you are paying for a good service. My haircut turn out just the way I wanted it and my curls look beautiful.

I don't think I can trust anyone else with my curly hair anymore. Noelle and her staff do incredible work, and I've been going to her for 6 years now and I'm so happy I do. She's also amazing about helping you accept your hair as-is, and helping you find ways to work with your natural hair.

Seem very knowledgeable about curly hair, but I didn't appreciate being infantalized at my trim appointment for wearing a hat and having my hair tied back (I now understand why but didn't realize beforehand that was a no-no).

I was gifted a creation of a personal scent by a dear friend for my birthday. Today was the day I worked with Noelle (the owner) to create it. Noelle asked me some questions and then choose a plethora of different oils for me to smell. She asked me to sort them by yes, no and maybe. I did just that. From there Noelle developed a scent just for me. There was more to the process. Hopefully you will be lucky enough to experience it for yourself.

I truly enjoyed the whole process.
