For that old guy in the office:

Problem solving - 0
Willingness to help solve the issue - 0
Communication - 0

Issues in the building:
1. Scattered garbage inside the property left for days.
2. Homeless and young kids sleeping in the lobby every night leaving garbages and opening tenant's parcel.
3. Entering the apartment without notice.
4. Elevator keeps breaking.
5. Issues in the apartment tend to be ignored.
6. Garage door being left open overnight.

Worst managnebt staff, the cleaning people are nice but the people who sit in the office most of them are rude and unprofessional. The management used to be good back in 2015-2016. Now it's worst. I wouldn't recommend the Parkway homestead buildings as they are expensive and also you get bonus rude staff.

I would rate it a zero but that is not an option. The management. Homestead. Hires delinquents like Fernandez.which doesn’t do his job properly. Doesn’t dress for the job. Acts and looks like a bum sitting behind the desk with no social skills. Not sure how he got this job. They forget that they work for the paying customers (The renter) we don’t work for them.

- they lose cheques and letters.
- old buildings (only 2 new buildings)
- if something gets damaged, it's takes up to a month to get fixed.
- The only reason why I give 2 stars is for the amazing Maria at the rental office. This place wouldn't be the same without her.

Where do I begin. Terrible Building management, bed bugs, roaches and the whole 9. Done 6 pest controls for both above mentioned pests. Now its pests of a different kind that constantly pester us. Noisy neighbors! From children playing basketball on the floors above at 7 in the am to loud screaming and yelling till 11 in the pm so much so that we cant even view our television and this isn't even a once in a while occurrence, its practically every second day or third. After multiple letters of noise complaints to the company, still no decisive action we have decided never to rent here and possibly avoid Homestead in the foreseeable future.

Well maintained building. Good customer service, had few issues in my Apartment, they were quickly resolved! Building management staff doing great at their job. It is up to tenants to be more considerat to others.

Very unprofessional staff. They don't do repairs on time. And. Parking problem is very bad. They don't have enough parking for tenants. Not recommended.

This was one of the worst experiences I ever had renting an apartment. The Building Manager (Sayda) was pleasant during the lease signing and unit viewing. Things suddenly changed when I had a poor interaction with the Super (Edgar) after our front door was jammed one night; and forget about after-hour service. I brought the incident to the attention of the Building Manager who became aggressive and argumentative. I was naive and didn't realize they were married and she was clearly in a conflict of interest. I even expressed my shock at the Building Managers sudden change in tone and attitude. After living there for 5 months I finally moving out. I wish all residents living in this building the best and I would absolutely not recommend anyone considering this building to not move in; find somewhere else. I hope someone from Homestead reads this review and has a conversation with the Building Manager & the Super and explains the meaning of customer services and addresses the inherent conflict of interest in having a husband and wife team.

This is the worst management I have ever experienced. They told us we had to move in on the 1 of May. I went there with all my stuff ready to move and they told me the apartment wasnt ready.they never called us to say that or even told us a proper date unto when we could move in. I have to pay extra money on the place I was stayimg because of them and they never offered an apology. Everyone theres seems like they dont know what theyre soing you ask a questions and everyone gives different awnsers then they blame you for any issues. The people who clean and repair are very nice. This was the worst year livimg there and always having issues with those people. If I could give it a zero I would.
