Elmira Home Hardware

I was in Elmira HH this past Sunday with my son and am currently pregnant. I ordered paint a couple other things. I just wanted to say the staff were so wonderful! All so friendly, approachable, and helped me bring my purchases to my car without being asked. Definitely what a small town is all about!:)

Elmira has two large home stores, Home Hardware and Canadian Tire. I always shop at Home Hardware for the exceptional customer service. Great store and great staff. And they do bike repairs too!

It's your local home store. Support your local stores. There prices might be a little higher then other places, but that is too be expected for a low volume store. Be nice, get something you need, the staff is always willing to help.

Many staff are not wearing masks. Or are wearing face sheilds or masks below their noses, making it difficult to want to approach and ask for assistance on products.
They dont enforce mask wearing for customers at all.

Staff is mostly well informed. Making keys that always work first time. Nice store good hours. Staff always polite and friendly. Good assortment of farm auto and homeward.

They *usually* have what you're looking for, but be prepared to pay extra. For what you buy here.

Great staff, clean & organized store. They will have what you need - it's uncanny really.
Tad expensive in comparison shopping, but there you go.

What a great store. So quaint, but at the same time very well equipped. The new Kitchen and Bath showroom is amazing. You can do it all here. I’ve been going here for many years and it feels like family when I show up. Everyone is happy and willing to help.
