Consistently reliable with all my automotive needs. Friendly staff and Doug, Laverne, and the guys always go over and above to help me out and anyone else who comes into their shop. I had a slow leaking tire and called to see when I could get in to get it looked at. Within an hour they fixed the leak and I was out the door. (In peak snow tire season at that!) Always happy with my experience here.

This shop is a new experience for me, and I'm impressed. Despite the busy season with winter tire installations, they managed to fit in my Ford Explorer for a fix. The staff is personable, friendly, and creates a comfortable atmosphere. I'll definitely recommend this shop to everyone I know.

WOW! Talk about service! I’m not even from the area so I have no prior dealings here and Doug knew going in that he probably wouldn’t see me again as I was just passing through. My oil like was on, I was about 400km over my last change and no where close to home. It was 6: 07pm when I pulled up they had just closed. I walked in and explained the situation to Doug and he let me know they were closed I desperately asked him if he could just check it and give me a little splash to get home. He checked and I was dry, closed or not right there in the driveway of his closed shop the man gave me a full oil change. Doug I don’t care if ur a 2hr drive or not u will see me for all of my mechanical needs. U went above and beyond, didn’t charge me any extra and I just needed u to know how much ur time and help was appreciated.

My car was sounding like the motor going, and I had them check it out. Turns out it was the AC compressor causing all that noise. It had blown apart. So he temporarily fixed it so it's not making that horrible noise, free of charge. I am so happy. The actual proper repair is still affordable and I will be back for proper repair once I get a new ac compressor. I will also be back for other things as well. Thank you so much! Highly recommend!

First experience here, was the best. Doug really went the extra mile in giving me an honest opinion which was really appreciated. Got my van in last min on a Saturday, for a wheel bearing replacement. Thought it was going to be both rears, but they called to tell me I only needed 1, and the honesty blew me away. I'll be taking my vehicles here from now on.

These days it is hard to find a repair shop you can trust. Elmira Service Center is a repair shop you can trust. Doug was amazing. He was able to look at the problem and quickly come up with an affordable solution. His did the work in the time he quoted, at the price he quoted (which was much better than another local shop).

Awesome service with guys who are very helpful! We were in town and happened to get a flat tire and they saved the day for a low cost and were super friendly and quick. They also informed us with their knowledge to help us in the future. Thanks guys!

Came in not really sure what was up, they took a look and drove the vehicle - found the problem right away. Felt extremely comfortable as soon as I walked in there, Dougie and the boys were funny, respectful, and super easy to do business with.

Great place! Doug and Brent know what they are doing and go the extra mile. They are very friendly and their service is great and fast. Price is very fair and they take the time to educate you. I've been taking my vehicles here ever since I got my first truck, wouldn't go anywhere else.

Called the guys 5 mins before they closed and they willingly retorqued my tires for me! Nice and amazing guys, definitely recommend coming here! I'll probably deal with these guys from now on for mechanical work due to my job is so close!

I Brought my car there after my turbo and engine
blew and after having a horrible experience with 401 auto dealer on eagle st in Cambridge. Doug and his team did a great job at finding an engine and turbo to replace my blown one at a fraction of what the dealer wanted, plus a 5 year Warranty! The engine and turbo were replaced is a short amount of time with no issues after completion. Now my car runs better than the day I bought it. I highly recommend Elmira Service Center for any of your mechanical needs. Great bunch of people! Honest and trustworthy shop. You will feel taken care of. My wife and I trust these guys with both our vehicles. 2017 chevy silverado and 2013 Hyundai Veloster Turbo and we refer any of our friends and family for their needs. Thanks, Doug and Crew. Stand up bunch! You will not be disappointed.

Very nice staff I had a ball joint replaced there Friday and they booked me in with little to no notice Their hourly labour rate is super reasonable unlike big car dealerships These men that work their treated me like family and made effort to make me feel comfortable I feel they are the what Canadians should act like
I will definitely be taking my business to these guys in future They treated my car like it was their car and you don't get that kind of treatment most places
All I can say is if you want honesty and to be treated with dignity respect and regard you need to go in there and meet them I guarantee you will not be disappointed Doug is the man

Helpful, honest, goes way above and beyond, reasonable prices, looks for rebuilt parts if it makes sense - helped me out of a major jam when car broke down day before road trip, then wire the while week till I got back to settle uo. All round great place. FIVE STAR!

Great service, fast, and saved me a ton of money by letting me know there were compromised parts on my car that we're on recall, and helped me work with a dealership to have them replaced for free while I was on vacation. I drive up from Waterloo & it's always worth it! These guys go above & beyond!

Doug at elmira service center is amazing.i asked him to oil spray my truck and do a oil change and I requested that my truck was brought in over night to let it dry as there shop is heated overnight and that wasnt a problem what so ever. My truck was returned to me with a extremely nice undercoating that smelt delicious lol and all the windows were cleaned and he also cleaned the wipers so they dont smear all over the windshield from the oil spray. He also drilled holes in my doors and rocker panels and sprayed undercoating in there and used little rubber plugs to plug the holes. Awesome shop with a friendly atmosphere.
