Couldn’t be happier with my stay at Elora! We stayed one night, we opted for the savour package and with a few treatments at the spa. The service from the staff was exceptional. The food at the restaurant was amazing and everyone went above and beyond to make sure you were taken care of. It’s very obvious they put such an emphasis on customer satisfaction. I can’t wait to go back in the winter time and have a different experience.

I've stayed at the Elora Mill 3 times and every single time has been absolutely fantastic. It is my happy place, the best place on earth and every time I'm there I wish I could just stay there forever. The spa is the best way to spend an afternoon. Expert technicians, beautiful scenery and lovely amenities. It is expensive but it is worth every penny.

October is #MonsterMonth in Elora. With the trees in their Autumn coats, it is a beautiful time to visit.

I photographed a wedding here and just had to write a review! The venue was so stunning with gorgeous views and photo spots in every corner. What really set it apart was the top quality service! They really thought of everything for the couple and team working alongside them. My couple was so well taken care of. The food was also amazing! I would highly recommend Elora Mill as your wedding destination!

This is a great place to hold events! From the professional staff and great food, the wedding we attended was first class!

Located in a small village built around the ancient mill. A nice getaway for only 2 hours drives away Toronto. Staff members are super friendly and helpful.

Words cannot express the wonderful experience we had here. My siblings and I booked the loft suit for the four of us, for our mother's birthday. Booking was a breeze, did have to call to book, but they were so kind. We requested some extra things like balloons in the room, and Shamyl was so responsive and arranged it all, even checked in on the day of to see if all went well. The whole experience was high end, but humble, every staff was extremely kind. The cultivation sessions were wonderful with Kendra in the wine tasting, so knowledgable and friendly, she even came to our table during dinner to talk about the wine, and take us for a special visit to the wine cellar. Beth led an excellent session in the kitchen teaching us about ice cream. Billy and the rest of the staff at the front gate were so kind and responsive. The room itself was beautiful, large, and rustic, great view of the water. The food for brunch was our favourite, especially the room service and mimosa breakfast in the restaurant. The baked goods were so fresh, croissants to die for. Overall, it was a beautiful high end experience, service was excellent the whole time, the town is so cute, and everyone here is lovely. We definitely will be coming back!

We went to Elora Mill Hotel & Spa for our anniversary. My husband and I couldn't have been more satisfied! First of all, we had an amazing surprise of being upgraded when we checked in. The staff were incredibly attentive from the moment we entered their gate. Our bags were immediately taken care of since we got there earlier than check in for our massage appointment. We booked traditional and Serenity massages (both had 90 min massages) which were undoubtedly the best massages we've had. Fell in love with our room, overlooking the water. We purchased the savour package which, so we had a mezze board and chocolate truffles and a bottle of wine waiting for us in our room. The amenities, the service, the food, the attention to detail was just absolutely amazing! Worth every penny. We only stayed one night but we were so relaxed that it actually felt like a mini vacation. We loved it so much, we booked with them, at check out, for next year's anniversary. Thank you Elora Mill for the best mini getaway!

My husband and I recently celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary at the Elora Mill. From the moment we were greeted at the front gates we were completely taken care of. The staff were exceptional and their attention to detail to make our stay unforgettable went over and above our expectations. The food, spa, room are all 5 stars. Would highly recommend. My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful 24hours at the Mill. The room with a terrace had breathtaking views of the Grand. The rooms are stylish, clean and spacious - with generous included amenities like fresh chips, drinks, and the surprise of a bottle of champagne for us celebrating was a wonderful surprise. All of the staff that we interacted with were more than kind, shout out to Oscar at the front desk and Natalie for our breakfast.

Speaking of breakfast don't let yourself leave without getting breakfast! Fresh squeezed juices, delicious and creatives dishes and phenomenal baked goods.

If you're looking to indulge and celebrate, look to Elora Mill. We'll likely make this an annual anniversary weekend tradition.

My husband and I spent two wonderful nights here. The staff were amazing and always greeted us with friendly and welcoming smiles. Lots of nice attention to detail which I loved. I had two spa services which were both amazing- a massage with Jason and a facial with Hallie. Great location, close to nearby walks and shops. If you are looking for a relaxing recharge I would highly recommend staying here-I can't imagine what anyone would find fault with here.

My fiancee and I had a very enjoyable experience. The spa was amazing and then we had dinner. Dinner was also amazing, the service was great and friendly. Veryromantic

We booked a seasonal package at the Mill and really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend the Chef's Table experience. We did experience some miscommunication that impacted one of our booked activities, but the staff were quick to make it right.

My one piece of feedback/constructive criticism is the allowance of children within the spa (specifically the pool deck). After our massage appointments, we retreated to the pool/hot tub to enjoy some further R&R but were distracted by a couple of families with several toddlers/young children splashing around and occupying the hot tub. As a parent, I came here to enjoy some adult time and imagine many other guests feel the same. It's not the kind of place I'd take my kid, if only out of respect for everyone else there trying to enjoy some pampering and solitude.

Otherwise, I recommend the Mill for anyone seeking a refined, luxurious getaway!

We stayed at the Elora Mill for a wedding for two nights. The rooms and the service was far above our expectations. The attention to detail and all of the little things to make your stay enjoyable were exceptional. Staff is so friendly and there are many staff available to make sure your stay, and experience is the best. We ate in the restaurant and enjoyed the spa and loved every minute. Honestly is was 6 stars!

This is just regarding the spa and it was a lovey experience. We spent the day with 2 treatments each and time at the facilities. The pool was clean and warm, the poolside service such a nice treat. It was very clean, amazing staff and the treatments were divine. Will be my destination spa place from now on and I look forward to experiencing the hotel.

From the moment we had decided to proceed with our wedding at the Elora Mill with the Pearl Hospitality team, our experience was nothing but absolute perfection. Raylene (our events coordinator) took care of my wife and I from the first point of contact. Her care and courtesy taken with us every step of the way is a prime example of what the events team offers to their clients at Pearle. Even navigating the difficult COVID pandemic was extremely professionally handled by their team in helping us postpone our wedding a full year without any penalty.

When the day of our wedding arrived, we knew we were in good hands, yet our expectations continued to be exceeded! Natalie who was our day of coordinator for our wedding demonstrated what I would describe as nothing short of world class hospitality! I have spent the past 10 years of my life managing restaurants, as well as enjoying experiences at many high caliber restaurants/hotels.and I have never met an individual who has taken such care with her profession as Natalie and her team did that night. From the attention to detail she illustrated with every moment of our day, to her caring and all around bubbly personality that made us feel like we have known her for years, we could not believe the sheer professionalism that was shown to make our day exactly what we had envisioned and so much more. We could not thank her enough for everything she did to make our day so perfect.

Stayed one night at Elora Mill to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary. We were very happy with our spa treatments. My husband and I both agreed that our massages were the best we both had ever received. The spa amenities and pool service was excellent. The pool was the perfect temperature. Our room was luxurious and well kept. We were slightly disappointed with the dinner service as my husband ordered the daily cut of beef which came with 3 side dishes. Wish the waiter would have been more upfront that this was more than enough food for one person and that my husband did not need to order an appetizer with this meal. My husband also ordered a beer which he never received. Other than this we had an excellent stay.

Excellent stay at every point! Every little detail was thought of and all of the staff we encountered were lovely. The setting is just beautiful, our room was gorgeous and comfortable too. My husband and I were celebrating the upcoming arrival of our first child by spending the night away together. We entered our room to find a little card and baby gift from the General Manager/hotel- so thoughtful! I highly recommend the Elora Mill Hotel & Spa, and we look forward to returning:)

Super disappointed. We went here for our one year anniversary and gave the team at Elora amble notice. You'd think a small town/small boutique hotel would remember the smaller things right? They couldn't get anything right - from reservations to dinner bookings - nothing. And you would expect a $1000 dollar room would at minimum have a slice of cake on arrival for an anniversary - NOPE!

Our room was situated in the parking lot - and they charged Four Seasons prices.

Was planning to host a company retreat here but after that experience - nope!

We stayed at the hotel and it was absolutely beautiful. The view, the food, the service was truly wonderful. The view was spectacular. We spent the day at the spa and really enjoyed our massages and pedicures. We definitely want to go back.

Can’t wait to come again! It was our first time staying here and it definitely won’t be our last. The staff and service are unmatched. The view and the hotel in itself were stunning, and the amenities are next level. Highly recommend taking the time to enjoy the rooftop patio and hot tub. We loved the restaurant and will be sure to book in at the spa next time we visit. Our stay will need to be an annual trip moving forward - it’s too great to not come back again and again!

We decided to include Elora Mill restaurant as part of jaunt to the country. It’s my second time there since they opened and in a word wow!

A simple lunch menu but executed with passion, flare and creativity. I guess you wouldn’t expect any less from Exec. Chef Jonathan Gushue.

The restaurant is very spacious as the seating is unorthodoxly spaced apart. Definitely not not your typical restaurant table floor plan. We sat overlooking the falls which was a nice bonus to our luncheon escape.

This was our first stay at the Elora Mill. We went for a 2 night Mother/daughter getaway with my Aunt and cousin. I do not have the words (or enough space) to describe how happy we were with literally every aspect of our stay. The defining factor for us were your staff. The staff did an outstanding job making us feel welcomed and relaxed almost immediately (thank you Adam and sorry I can't remember the name of the young man that checked us in or the gentleman working the gate). We enjoyed an amazing meal in the restaurant on the evening of July 4th on the lower level. Dave, Rick, James and Isabel did an outstanding job! My cousin and I both have been servers in the past and have experience working in the hospitality industry. The staff working at the Mill make the work not only seem effortless but like they are truly enjoying themselves and each other. They worked so seamlessly well together. There was the perfect amount of interaction and relationship building and space for us to just enjoy the view, the food, the wine and great conversation. Our glasses were never empty, our needs were attended to before we realized we needed things (like share plates and extra forks). Hold on to your staff! They are representing you and the back of house staff well! Please let your chef know the lamb was the best we have ever had and halibut was equally outstanding! At the spa. Amanda that was one of the best massages I have ever had! Thank you! And your housekeeping staff, holy smokes you didn't miss a detail. Beware! Putting the turn down door knocker on is like a bat call. Minutes after I put ours out we had 3 keen, eager and smiling staff members at our door with fresh towels, mugs, wine glasses and coffee. Your staff were truly outstanding. You should be proud and confident in knowing they are representing you well! 5 star accommodations, food, amenities, view etc but it is the staff that make it the most comfortable and easy to enjoy. There is nothing stuffy or pretentious here at all. Thank you for such a great experience!

I booked a party of 4 for myself, husband and two other people I understand that I should have called to cancel but it honestly slipped my mind with everything that was going on. One of my family members was positive for Covid and we were in close contact the day before. The same day on Tuesday evening, I called the spa to inquire about a cancellation because we were afraid of getting it. We were both negative at the time. On Wednesday my husband said he was just tired but he also works outdoors so we tested and we were negative. Overnight he started to have a sore throat, fever and just completely exhausted and he was positive on Thursday. With the stress of taking care of him and my parents who also had symptoms and high risk and lives with us, I forgot to call into cancel because I was preoccupied and just worried/stressed. I’m still taking care of everyone and I also started to feel symptoms shortly after but not as worse as my husband and parents. It’s been a difficult week. I explained this to them about the Covid situation but they still charged me for half which was over 300+. I asked if there was anything else can be done, like rebook or credit as we really did want to go the spa but they said no. I just wished they had more compassion considering the situation we were in.

Treated my mom for a body treatment at the spa and it was excellent! She had an absolutely amazing time with Mackenzie. Right from the start she was extremely polite with her welcome and gave her a tour. The body treatment itself was so relaxing and she 100% knew what she was doing. She can’t wait to go back

For an upscale boutique hotel, the service was not on par with the hotel atmosphere. The social media following the hotel has gained over the pandemic seems to have gotten to the heads of the staff at the Mill.

Elora Mill is one of the most beautiful destination spas. The detail of the rooms are crazy - the way they blend different interior design styles between using rustic woods and marble with authentic European looking stone is incredible. We come every year in November and have stayed in a few of the different rooms and have always been blown away. The solarium is difficult to book as it’s usually really busy but has the most gorgeous view of the gorge. The Floor to ceiling windows give you a full view. When checking in we were greeted with an antipasto board, and a bottle of wine with chocolate truffles. My fiancé called ahead to purchase florals for the room and they to were beautifully made. The spa is quiet and zen. You’ll find homemade cookies, varieties of sloane teas and infused water in the waiting room. The 3rd floor has a relaxing room with comfy loungers that look out into the river. We had a chance to eat at the restaurant a few times - service and food were both perfect. The bartender made me delicious mocktail. The wine list is intense- we’re huge winos so we appreciate it Ans the Sommelier there was a huge help. The menu changes seasonally but if you’re going soon I recommend the butternut squash soup && the beef tenderloin. The mash potatoes were nuts. They have an exposed kitchen you can walk by and see there set up. My fiancé loved that. The views of the restaraunt are also of the gorge and river. You definitely want a window seat. If you haven’t been yet.add it to the bucket list.

Do you go on staycation and remember all the names of the people who served you? We did! Because of our wonderful stay at Elora Mill Inn.
Start with our first impression: Maya, very amiable and super friendly concierge; she actually walked out from behind her kiosk when she talked to us; she addressed me by name whenever I passed by the front desk. Perhaps it was training, but I know it also takes the personality.
We were able to book a dinner seating at the chef counter and we were met by amazing kitchen staff there which starts with Tanner, our chef who served us His talent and passion is obvious. Surprised not to see him around those food shows competitions! His dishes were not only tasted good also looked wonderfully pretty. Then there was Kendra, the Sommelier, we did not do wine paring but watched her introduced wine after wine to other guests was something to watch. Her knowledge of wine was superb and again very personable. Line- chef Christian, who can forget this young man who was obviously happy working there! Our night there was his second night working at the meat station, a delightful and energic young man. Then our deserts were served by Rebecca, saw her so proud of her heritage which came from her family-owned bakery. Her creation was one of a kind.
Our stay was a little over 24 hours but we truly enjoy the overall experience. From the time we arrived, this person, who was the gatekeeper gave us a smile which we would not soon forget. Even the lady who showed us the spa, Liz, was also so knowledgeable and friendly, last but not least, the young ladies who were doing the cleaning etc.
Impressive! You can have all the hardware, bells and whistles, but it is the people who makes it work. Elora Mill Inn has the people.

The ultimate “treat yo self” getaway in Southern Ontario. Great spa services, amazing restaurant, and break-taking views of the Gorge. If you do stay, I recommend at least the breakfast package and save half the value of the meal.

The hot tub and heated pool over the gorge is serene, and I could nap at the spa lounge for way too long.

The great thing is that you don’t feel stuck to the hotel, as the quaint town has many restaurants, hiking trails, shops, brewery etc to keep you busy on whatever event you’re celebrating. Though if you are planning on staying sometime within the next several months, note that they are building condos right across the gorge and the construction can be seen, heard (and sometimes felt) at the hotel.

The most beautiful venue. Ever. Just picture perfect, staff that go above and beyond above and beyond, all set in the most idyllic location.
The rooms are so stunning, huge bathrooms with dreamy showers, heated floors, heated towel racks and rooms with unbelievable views!

Only thing that doesn’t fit in well are the uniforms of the staff. Too golf club resort looking and not fitting of such a fine establishment.
Ps) Too many Clients dress like they are going to “rib fest” rather than a fine dining establishment… not sure why. Its very boorish.

This hotel & spa is such a hidden gem. The facilities are modern, clean and picturesque. The service is charming and attentive in this historic mill in the unique township of Elora.

Pure luxury. Amazing customer service. Beautiful hotel. Staff were extremely courteous. Rooms were specious and luxurious. Restaurant also had halal options.

We’ve been to Elora Mill Restaurant a few times now and it has been good every time!

A few highlights are that the food is tasty, they have good wine options & the service is amazing! I feel like as soon as you order a drink or ask for something from your server you have it within a couple mins. I would say we’ve had some of the best dining “experiences” at the Mill.

The reason my rating is 4 stars is that I would expect a bit more in terms of food flavours and quantity given the price point. It’s usually around $200 for 2 people (before tip) for drinks, an app, mains and dessert. One time we went for lunch and my partner’s burger looked more like a mini slider and I paid over $20 for what ended up being a grilled cheese. The food was still tasty, but I struggle with paying so much and still being hungry after the meal.

Amazing place, great views of the river, amazing spa, pool and sauna. Nestled in a great little town

We've stayed here twice, most recently in September 2021. We had a terrace suite room and enjoyed the balcony with fire place and view over the river. The hotel front desk, bell staff service, room service, spa and food service is exquisite and thoughtful. The ongoing construction of the related new condominium across the river is a minor annoyance when outdoors but is barely audible inside the rooms. Will return!

I went to the spa on a day trip with my friend. It was definitely the most relaxed I'd been after the pandemic. The staff here really take the time to pay attention to detail. In addition the environment and view are so relaxing. I had a massage, and my masseuse was amazing. I am really looking forward to going back soon!

We came here for the first time super excited to try it. I got the pickerel and unfortunately found about 5 bones inside the fish and almost choked on a few. I informed the server and he said the kitchen is now checking all fillet fish to make sure and appreciate informing them and showing the bones on the plate. But I am disappointed as they didn't discount the food or give me anything as complimentary to apologize. Also some of my potatoes were soft and some were hard. We did finish our drinks and not once did the server ask if we want another drink. Was very disappointed and will not be returning unfortunately. Giving 2 stars just for the view.

I’ve been a frequent visitor to the spa many times over the last few years and always have such a wonderful experience. The staff really make your visit a memorable one. I usually get the 1 hour massage and the therapists are so lovely. I wanted to specifically mention AJ who really goes above and beyond with his clients. His passion for what he does and knowledge base is outstanding. He begins critically thinking about any potential problems based on how the client presents themselves the moment he first meets with them. After my massage I had a noticeable improvement in my range of motion. Highly recommend visiting!

To sum up, we are so happy with our decision to do a micro-wedding at the Elora Mill Hotel & Spa. While we went a bit beyond our targeted budget, we fully utilized and appreciated all of the excellent support provided to us and our guests by the Elora Mill Events team, the hotel and spa at this special time during the pandemic.

It was a challenge for us to find a fitting micro-wedding venue during what we hoped would be the tail end of the pandemic. Kayla and the Events Team at Elora Mill Hotel & Spa were very supportive, responsive, timely and professional with us from day one of initial contact in contrast to other venues. Elora Mill Hotel & Spa was our top choice as we continued to learn more about their process. We felt the most confident about how Elora Mill respected and supported Covid protocols including any safety measures we wanted to add. We did not have a wedding planner which meant our reliance on Elora Mill was even greater than anticipated. The Elora Mill Events team process generally helped us keep on track and organized with respect to the ceremony and reception process and room set up, the meals, accommodations and even our music playlist. To our wonderful surprise, all of their recommended vendors were outstanding and saved us a lot of unnecessary stress.

We are extremely pleased with our experience over the several months leading up to the wedding, the wedding day (late August 2021), and start of our “mini-moon”. Caely, our on-site wedding day coordinator, was exceptional and so organized for our rehearsal and the wedding day. She was so kind, supportive and patient on the wedding day allowing us to make the indoor/outdoor call up to an hour before the wedding because of the unpredictable weather this summer. (Outdoor worked out!) Despite some minor delays right before the ceremony, Caely expertly guided me and us through all of it and I was so deeply appreciative of her support that day. In fact, many of our wedding guests remarked to me how kind all the Elora Mill staff were which meant so much to us. Our guests also very much enjoyed their cocktail hour appetizers and reception lunch in the beautiful Irvine Room. This entire venue is beautiful and in combination with the courteous, respectful staff would make any occasion more special. Several of our guests very much enjoyed the Elora Mill guest suites as well. The communication flow between ourselves, the events team and the hotel was overall well-coordinated and seamless. We continued to enjoy the hotel restaurant the day after the wedding and the Elora Mill Spa which is stunning and went way beyond our expectations.

A short one night visit. Atmosphere is beautiful and romantic. Breakfast was amazing. Town is quaint with many stores. To note we were there Sunday night in September and many stores closed on Monday. If you eant to shop do it Sunday. Want to make this a yearly visit or more if we can find a reservation.

The Elora Mill Hotel and Spa is one of the best, if not the best, hotel we have stayed at in the country. The grounds are spectacular, and breathtakingly beautiful. The hotel is an old mill but the inside is completely renovated and beautiful from floor to ceiling. We stayed in the terrace balcony room and had an unobstructed view of the gorge as well as the roof top pool. Although we stayed in July, the temperature dropped in the evening but we were fortunate enough to have a firepit to use on our balcony. The room is also equipped with a functional fireplace. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and were able to have drinks and food poolside. The hotel is located in a picturesque village that was closed to vehicle traffic while we were there, an added bonus! The restaurant at the hotel really does offer world class dining. Best steak my husband has ever had! As we were there for our wedding anniversary, the hotel surprised us with drinks and desserts. The staff are exceptional and very accommodating. We will be back for sure!

Definitely opt for the window seats if you can. The food was great. Good flavour and texture combinations. The bread was the highlight.

I was given a gift certificate for services at the Mill and decided on 60min massage. The experience was exquisite from start to end. The personal service, the massage was the best I've ever had! The view is spectacular! I recommend this Spa to everyone!

The only reason why I'm giving it 2 stars is because during our first night at the Terrace suite, we had encountered 5 large and thick legged spiders on our ceilings before going to bed. We had to call the front desk to somehow vacuum them from a 11 to 12 foot ceiling and the only way to do that is to let the manager step on our bed. It would've been nice if he had ask to change the sheets right after or send someone before we go back to our bed.

He had also stated that they will send something in the morning due to the inconvenience of having to clean spiders in our room. Although our stay was relaxing and amazing, it would've been nice to have some accommodation.

After going back and fourth with Elora hotel and spa to confirm that guidelines would be followed for vaccinated and unvaccinated people including wearing masks and doing a quick rapid focus tests, the hotel decided to forget all protocols instilled by our provincial government and decided to allow every person inside the venue as we I write this - with no masks, and close amongst one another as if they are no covid cases. I will make sure to report this to the healthy unit of Elora. This is beyond disappointing and disrespectful. I truly don’t care if you want to be vaccinated or you don’t but at least have respect for one another and follow the rules in place to keep others safe. Great job Elora, I will make sure to continue to report you guys as there are video and photo evidence of everything I just wrote about.

Incredible place located in beautiful Elora. It’s a must visit place when in Elora. The food is fresh and tasty but very expensive. The spa facilities is incredible but the massage therapist we had was not great. We wanted a deep tissue massage but the therapist was just not strong enough.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary at the restaurant on September 7th. The staff was amazing, especially Adam. He was very attentive and made awesome recommendations. He helped make it a very special evening. Would return in a heartbeat.

The staff, the details of the spa and our massages exceeded all of our expectations. Trevor and Elya gave us the best massages of our lives! The heated rooftop pool, hot tub, pool side drinks and snacks were all wonderful. If you want relaxation and pampering - this is the place to go! We can't wait to come back.

A classy, top notch hotel in a natural stunning setting. Impeccable service and attention to all the details. We celebrated our wedding here 25 years ago and revisited for our wedding anniversary. Our well appointed, swanky room included a hand written note welcoming us back and a beautiful bottle of red wine. It was a stormy summer night so we were not able to appreciate the grounds or roof top pool and spa, but it looks like an incredible place to spend some time!
