We had a great time here. The owner is so nice and friendly. That river is not deep, so very safe. I took my 3 years old, and she had so much fun too. We will visit again.

The Elora Paddle Company is a great location walking distance from downtown Elora! A great experience to canoe or kayak along the Grand River. Definitely recommend this scenic experience when visiting Elora!

Canoeing on the Grand River was one of the highlights of our recent company retreat in Elora. James and his team were incredibly welcoming and friendly. We all had a blast checking out the fossils on the banks, the falls upstream at the weir, and even watched a hawk dive into the rive in front of us and come up with a fish in its talons.

Great spot, great staff, and a perfect small adventure to add to a trip to Elora!

Our very first experience in kayaking was so good. He guided us and taught us the techniques. He has a good knowledge of the surrounding area too. Also, The rentals rates are pretty good. Will try it again when we visit next time.

Highly recommended. Was the highlight of the day. In reality we only travelled a short stretch of the river but it was a lot of fun. Suitable for beginners including a 6 year old. The canoe is stable and we did not get wet at all. Nice and friendly staff. I think this is better than the tubing (also very good) found in the park.

It's a bit hidden right at the water's edge behind a restaurant. It's the definition of a hidden gem. We'll definitely be back.

Fanatic experience! Staff is very nice! This was my first time canoeing and the staff taught us how to paddle step by step. The waterfalls is so good!

Had super great time! The guy working there was very friendly, he explained to us the basics of paddling as this was our first time and the scenary was very calm and serene, you can pass by the water fall and you get to see many different birds and colorful butterflies/dragonflies!

My partner and I rented a canoe for 45mins for $28, great value. The booking process was a breeze.

The view of the gorge was amazing the worker was amazing the canoe activites were amazing.i could smell that sweet smell coming from the water also the waterfall was cool cause the breeze and a little water splashed on me.was a great place also the service was pretty good.whoever worked there, i dont know who you are but i hope you read this and have the humblest rest of your day (i was the guy who sat down in the back first in that 6 man group on 2022 July 18 (monday) at 3: 00 Pm)

A really fun activity if you're in the Elora area. The water is shallow and calm so it's perfect for beginners and families. Seeing the waterfall up close was beautiful. I highly recommend!

Amazing experience. The canoe was very clean and the view was sooo beautiful. The swan was king of the lake. If you come visit the town，you can't miss this place！

We went out this evening and had a blast! Enjoyed paddling up to the waterfalls, seeing swans and osprey, and just having fun paddling around!

Really easy to book (and change) times for the rentals. The owner is extremely friendly and made sure to tell us about what to expect in terms of the scenery and wildlife. Also took time to explain how to paddle properly since it was our first time.

Fantastic experience. The waterfall is beautiful, current not too strong so definitely beginner-friendly. We were a big group (12 people 3 dogs), but James made it all so seamless. Can’t wait to be back!

There were 3 of us so we took one canoe and one kayak. Nate and James are fantastic getting us all set up and made sure we were comfortable. One of us is a novice so she got a quick lesson as well. We felt extremely safe at all times. Highly recommended!

Amazing spot, down river there is a great view of some older historic buildings that are on the water. Up river you can paddle right beside a limestone cliffs that are covered with fossils! A little further up river you can see a little waterfall! James was great, super helpful and accommodating, 10/10 would recommend checking this spot out!

The Elora Paddle Company provides a unique way to experience one of Ontario's small-town gems. While there are many things to see in this village, Elora Paddle Company fills the void for "things to do" with this affordable, family-friendly activity. Paddlers can intimately take in the natural beauty of Elora, as they navigate calm waters alongside the limestone lined banks of the Grand river. The payoff? A waterfall up river that provides the perfect backdrop for a photo (if you haven't taken too many photos of the swans already). I bought a membership after my first paddle. I highly recommend giving it a try!

Went for a late night paddle at Elora Paddle Co, it was an amazing experience. James was very professional and helpful the whole time. I would highly recommend checking out this great activity in Elora. I will definitely be going back for another paddle on the river.

We had a great experience exploring the Grand River between the two historical flour mill dams. The rocky limestone cliffs with cedar greenery above them are very picturesque. The host is personable and organized.
