Alex is great at explaining what he is doing and more importanly - why. It benefits the patient to know why we are doing these exercises and how it affects our body. He is compassionate and understanding of my needs and limitaions as well after my knee replacement surgery. Highly recommend!

I would recommend Elora Physiotherapy for massage and I will be going back for more and also will be seeing a physiotherapist this week. I was extremely pleased with my massage and the friendly and knowledgeable service.

A really beautiful and Zen Physio facility. Lots of light and a sense of clarity. A very easy connection with my therapist Caitlin, and an awareness that she understood my needs, deep muscles strengthening needs.which had not been identified previously. This was my initial appointment.

Jenn is very knowledgeable and clear in her treatment approach. Manageable goals and a helpful app with videos of the exercises and the option to record completed exercises.

I met with Alex who performed a thorough assessment. Not only did Alex address the core symptoms, he linked these musculoskeletal problems/disorders to the whole person. Alex also tied in human anatomy and physiology to the route cause of my symptoms. Moreover, my health goals were acknowledged and supported. I would highly recommend Elora Physiotherapy to anyone who is serious about getting better … which starts with YOU! The physiotherapists are there to help; however, in reality, the amount of progress one makes also depends a lot on how diligent he/she is at doing the prescribed exercises at home. Having been through a tough, long healing journey, I can definitely say that it can be easy to become more relaxed following healing from injury. The truth is that if one stops using his/her muscles, strength and progress may be lost. I guess what I am saying is that physio and/or keeping fit is a lifelong, consistent journey. Thus, I would recommend those who are seeking physiotherapy to really reflect on this. Ask your physiotherapist how you can ensure that you keep your strength up upon discharge. Take responsibility for your own health and success.

Elora Physiotherapy has the nicest facility, the most skilful and professional physiotherapists and the best customer service of any physiotherapy service I have ever used. (many in a long life!)

With its high ceilings and light-filled spaces, the clinic feels inviting the moment you walk in. You are warmly greeted by a member of the reception staff and shown to an immaculately clean treatment room, where you are listened to carefully as you describe your symptoms. Clinic staff are quick to accurately zero in on what needs to be ‘fixed’, and they bring kindness, caring (and with Caitlin, humour!) to everything they do. I can’t say enough good things about Elora Physiotherapy!

I have been seeing Jennifer for almost a year now and after every visit I feel very optimistic about the treatment I receive and the results are promising. Alex at Elora Physiotherapy is my guy. Since I began to experience significant pain in my right knee, Alex has put me on a program to get back stronger than I was before. He has taken his time to make sure I am progressing at my pace, and not asking me to do any exercises I am not ready for.
