They were not super flexible - take it or leave it attitude. But good selection and high end options.

Elte showroom is full of spectacular opulence. It is more of a design store than a furniture store. Staff is kind and helpful. I needed something specific and without a doubt they delivered!

My elderly mother was looking for new carpet for her stairs and knew exactly what she wanted.

Shari met us at the door and made the whole process so smooth and simple. She was wonderful and understood how to work with my mother. She really knows her carpets. They sent someone to measure it the next day and the installer will come and install it in a few weeks.
Highly recommend the store - and Shari.

Bring your wallet, and your mother’s, and your father’s, and your mother in law’s wallet, and your father in law’s. Overpriced mediocre furniture. Same story almost everywhere.

We need broadloom for our stairs and halls. We prefer wool broadloom, so Elte was our first choice since so many other broadloom stores don't even carry wool. The salesman was more than helpful, showed us lots of options and gave us samples to take home. Someone came to measure just a couple of days later. The salesman has followed up several times in answer to our queries. We're waiting for a quote once we clarify which samples we prefer. Elter has their own installation team, so no need to go elsewhere for that part of the job. Go Elte!

Great show room with a lot of selection, knowledgeable staff, and full of inspiration / ideas

I really like how Esther welcomed us and her professional service. We went there twice, she was the only one who greeted us and asked if there is anything that she can help. Done, placed order.

Very professional customer service, Irene took care of everything. Not to mention we are very happy with our sofa.

I asked a sales person for exact size of a chandelier and she just handed me her measuring tape without even a word and walked away

Here not only you get ripped off by astronomical prices but also you have to deal with rude sales persons, very bad combinations.

Beautiful products that are a fair bit on the expensive side. Wish things were more affordable.

Highly recommend shopping around and doing your research. Elte carries stunning pieces but a lot of it is just marked up items they select from Toronto suppliers like Sunpan, changing the name then almost double the price. Its crazy what the markup value percentage is they charge on some pieces.

Saved myself $3400 doing my research and I suggest you do the same!

Great selection. Some prices are a bit on the high side but great if you can find something on sale or discounted. Nice for ideas as well.

Her commanding awareness of all products offered through ELTE coupled with her design experience and keen attention to detail, was exceptional resulting in a beautiful outcome in our home. If I was looking for a place to have all the items needed for my new home that is the place.
- Great environment with plenty of room for you to browse.
- Well lit
- Classy, educated, and friendly staff, who will assist you the best way possible to meet your interior designing needs.
- Not a good place if you're looking for cheap Chinese furniture.
- Quality material used in the furniture concepts they provide.
- Very approachable pricepoint comparing to the quality they bring to the table.
- If you don't find something in the store there is always a chance they could order customized items for you.
- Absolute beauty when it comes to their Persian rugs.
What are you waiting for?
Don't waste your time on cheap furniture.
Go with the real thing if you ask me.

Purchased a couch set. With in one year the fabric started to fall apart at the seams and also cause extreme balling. Like every centimetre, all over. So we called warranty, they sent out a company, after seeing it they even said the set looks horrible and don’t worry they should replace this as it’s definitely defective.they sewed the issues and use a trimmer to shave the couch. Now it constantly looks horrible and all they say is it’s the nature of the fabric and offered to give us a $20 trimmer to trim our self. I’ve honestly never seen such a mess. The fabric is obviously defective. They don’t warranty anything. Just a show and then say it’s the nature of the product. What does that mean. It’s bad quality and that’s what happens to bad quality. As you know the furniture is expensive but the quality of the fabric is not.

Outstanding service, both during and after purchase. Staff is genuinely interested in accommodating whatever requirements you have. It’s not a cheap store, but aside from the quality you pay for the service is simply the best I’ve received in a furniture store.

I purchased two "Ian" club chairs in Tuscany Stone for $2048.69! I was told they were real leather, which was also clearly indicated by the high price! These chairs are BONDED LEATHER and are BOTH PEELING despite limited use! Again, I paid over $1000 for EACH CHAIR! These chairs were on sale for this price too.the ELTE regular price was $1295 + tax! Real leather does not peel like this (see the photographs I have provided). DO NOT BUY FROM ELTE FURNITURE!

Quality bedding, rugs and furniture.

Elte has a cafe inside that offers really great selections that are healthy and tasty choices. I selected my fav the Japanese chicken salad, salad, with an extra scoop, and a detox drink. It's a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful decor

I go here often for lunch and all their stuff is amazing! Rosemary is a sweetheart and always has a smile on her face. Staff is wonderful and friendly. Highly recommend!

Sales people look bored and non enthusiastic if they don't love the products they sell how are they suppose to get customers to fall in love with it. Your typical fake nice sales people just looking for deep pocket customers if they sense your not dropping big money they immediately become standoffish. They talk about how great the customer service is but based off my experience and reading other reviews it is mediocre at best if not terrible especially if you factor in the prices you are paying for the products they provide. No idea how they  have such a great reputation if this is the type of service provided. Definitely alot better options out there to spend my money which i won't be bothering with this place in the future.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE! Bought a few things from Elte and upon delivery they damaged my brand new floor. The damage was extensive and expensive to fix. When I let them know about the damaged floor they said I could send them the invoice, that was a lie. They ignored me for weeks only to say they would not pay for the total repair. They didn’t even offer to pay for even half. My advice is there’s just as fancy stores out there selling designer brands that are properly insured and able to take on situations like this. ELTE won’t do anything if they damage your home so better to shop at Art Shoppe, Restoration Hardware or Ethan Allen.

I love this store, I’ve been shopping there for years. Lately what I find works best for me is seeing what they have online or instagram and call in and order over the phone. Going in during the week in the morning is also a great time to shop if you like to see the products in person.

I work nearby Elte and some of the ladies I work with make it a habit to go to the cafe inside the store so I thought I would give it a try and I am so frustrated! We got into the cafe just as the lunch rush was starting, us alongside the other customers and staff members sat in a line, not being served. The cashier, red hair, glasses and bangs with the TERRIBLE attitude was on the phone ignoring us.

The cafe is quite crowded at this time, and finally my co-workers and I asked why our orders weren't being taken (20 minutes of our 30 minute break were gone) and the lady snapped at us telling us to wait a minute, swore under her breath and walked away. Another girl came out of the back room eventually and explained to us that they were having trouble with cash register and apologized for the wait. I understand that problems with technology happen but there was no need for that lady to treat us like that.

We had to leave, without even enough time to go to Starbucks to get a coffee, our lunch break ruined, stomachs empty, and angry! Needless to say I won't be returning to Elte.

Everything a home could ask for. Sensory overload! You peruse, you touch, you try it out, you close your eyes and just dream. Wow, I'm gonna need another job if i keep returning here!

I would give this place five stars if it wasn't so expensive. You are definitely paying for the name and I could find dupes for less. Nonetheless, the furniture is very nice and the setup is nice too.

Nice store, it has beautiful furniture but a little pricey for me. The cafe was a little expensive too but the service was good.
The lady Janine was polite and fun to talk too. You can tell that she has been in the service industry by talking to her. Would come back again.
