I love visiting Em Jay’s! They have an incredible selection of products and the friendliest staff around. It’s quick and easy to get what I need here.

Came here for the first time and I was greeted by 2 excellent mail, staff member.
The weed choices are great and the prices are great as well. I will definitely be returning. Thanks guys for the recommendations!

I barely give this place a star. I just walked 20 mins to get there only to find they. Don't take cash. Who doesn't want cash! Don't bother, they're a bunch of dumbbells!

Higher prices than neighbouring shops and customer service is computer based, i support workers so not my cup of tea. Also, no cash.

You order using the kiosks, and then collect from the window. The budtenders are really great with knowing the products and finding what you need, they also have great customer service. Been 4 times and that experience is consistent.

The only thing they should do better is wipe down the kiosks before people use them, as you never know how dirty others have been.

Fantastic service, quick to respond online. Ample parking and easy to navigate in store ordering system. They are also dog friendly, bring fido along during your walk:)

THE BEST place for introverts.

Imagine McDonald's self-serve checkout machines but for cannabis.

You can pre-order ahead of time and they will store it in a locker for you. When you come to pick it up, don't need to interact with anyone.

Honestly no complaints this place is great! Quick and easy get in and get out! Love that you can go to a kiosk and order your stuff in silence without talking to anyone — as an introvert, this is highly appreciated. Love the customizable options to select what type of cannabis you’re looking for and you can get so granular like searching for specific terpenes. 10/10. To the ppl commenting that this place is expensive, you can thank the OCS for this. Unfortunately you’ll find high prices at any legal dispensary — not something these store owners can control unfortunately…

Wanted to make a purchase, store was unable to take more than one payment method (split pay, debit/credit), then when I asked if I could just pay cash, they would not take cash either!? ! What is happening? Also, overpriced. Same brand at EmJay: $160, other dispensary: $120, value buds $107

Great staff, super friendly and helpful. Awesome store, interior is sick. Quick and easy service. Honestly couldn't ask for more, definitely gonna stop here more often.

Some of the prices are almost double what you get an oz for at value buds or another competition.im assuming they either don't have a hook up or they are greedy.

Amazing customer service. Everyone here is really accommodating and very professional. Consistent service every time. I'd give them more stars out of 5 if I could.

Advanced and cool place …. Nice staff working to help you but you can go select and buy your stuff by yourself on screens and they will bring it to pickup window and as introvert i loved it.

I'm a middle aged square person looking for migraine relief, and my visit to Em Jay's was so the opposite of what I expected. Clean and bright, no unpleasant smells, very modern, with well informed, friendly salespeople. I was afraid a cannabis shop would be gross and stinky, and I'm a fool for it.

Friendly staff, clean environment and the easiest pick up service I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Have been there multiple times and was always greeted politely by staff and assisted throughout the whole process. Love this place!

Great looking store, but it's all shopping with a computer, they don't accept cash, the staff don't know much about the products they have, and every time thc %, is wide range so you never really know what you get until after you pay for it. And their prices are pretty steep compared to other stores nearby. Overall the young people working there a very nice and friendly, but the touch screen shopping business model is not for me.

Super helpful and kind staff, beautiful interior and easy location. Have gone twice and felt super comfortable both times, as a cannabis newbie.

I heard a lot of buzz about Em Jay’s so I decided to do an online order, I had some questions & the staff was very helpful, did a curb side pick up everything was perfect, nice packaging & great experience overall. Would highly recommend this place, website is easy to navigate & the store looks amazing, staff told me the app would be available very soon & I can’t wait until they open the doors so I can try those kiosks! 5/5 stars!
