Great ambience. It's a great hall to host your events. Staff is very friendly and professional. The food is amazing too!

I was there last night for a party and there were no changing tables for babies in the bathrooms. I asked the staff and was told I could use the couch to change a diaper.

As a vender, this was a very poor experience. Absolutely no one was accommodating. The success of any event is so work as a team but the egos in the kitchen can certainly ruin an experience. Let’s just say if you need something as simple as a plastic bag, they’ll bite your head off. Thank god I work for myself and I’ll never do work here again. Of course there was great staff front of house, but back of house was a joke.

Owner Gary is absolutely unprofessional in communication with customer.
We had written documents for services which were not provided, Gary refused to listen and make it rite. I would not recommend for our special events.

We had two events at Embassy Grand on June 30,2022 and July 1,2022 for Sangeet and wedding. Food was fabulous. All the staff was very professional. Sarbjeet, Ms. Gill and entire team went beyond our expectations to make sure that whole event was flawless. I highly recommend this venue.

My family always throws all of our events at Grand Embassy because nobody can beat the experience! From the hospitality from Sim and the staff, to the food, to the venue - everything is always top notch. The food is always fresh and tastes amazing, the venue is always super clean and hygienic, and the service is always unmatched. Grand Embassy is definitely the place to throw your next event if you’re looking for you & your guests to have an impeccable experience.

I've attended my fair share of weddings at embassy and honestly the service has been nothing but class, all their staff is top notch including Sim. I look forward to the opportunity to host a event at Embassy!

The venue is amazing and staff is very accommodating. Sim and Mina both did fantastic job and made the process so much easier. Sim was also very accommodating and flexible and made the night go easier. Also the food was amazing and all around the experience was A+. I highly recommend this venue for any type of event!

Hall itself is nice but unfortunately can't say the same about the food quality. You would expect much better quality food for the price you are paying per plate.

I went to work as a third party staff.this was a new place for me.there was a lady working on back house (kitchen area), i think she is a manager/supervisor or owner. I went to the back house and asked for water. She instantly replied- ''do i look like holding tray and serving water here? ''
and she laughed and make fun of me with other colleagues.

This company is kind of green washing/faking. First know how to treat with people. You may not know that the dish washer washing dishes for you may be your future costumers.

Singed contract is not honoured so can’t depend on the documents or commitments. They double booked for the evening. Standards of professionalism have deteriorated now and hence please consider other banquet halls. This event had nothing to do with COVID. They had double booked for a Trade show for four days presuming the last day the organizers would vacate at 3pm.

Brilliantly made, ample parking, clean restrooms was there last week for a Wedding. I would certainly recommend for functions.

I went for my daughter's wedding and the food was horrible. I couldn't even go to the bathroom to compose myself and heal from the terrible food because the bathroom was just as bad as the food itself. The manager was very rude to me as I was trying to ask him about the cheese options for the night. He would not take my inquiry seriously and made me feel as though I was not important to him.

Lots of vaccines available, sign says walk ins welcome. Very quiet even on a weekend (April 2022). Would recommend if you are looking for a vaccine.

Great overall experience for my son's 1st birthday party. Gary, Sarb and Sim were very focused on getting the small details right which was important to me. Much more professionally run and ceiling heights much more grand than similar venues. Would definitely recommend this hall to anyone.

We booked a wedding for September 04,2020 with Sim. Gave $2000 deposit. Then the pandemic happened. He said we would be able to use the venue for a limited amount of guests (20 people) then the restriction gathering became more strict. We asked for our deposit back and from that point he literally ghosted us. He wouldnt provide us to use the venue nor give us our money back. We lost $2000 dollars. We would even see him read our messages on whats app and see that hes online but no answer to messages or calls.

We are so glad we picked Embassy Grand for our wedding and reception. The whole process was seamless as Sim and his team were easy to work with. The hall was amazing and the food was exceptional. We will definitely be recommending this hall to our family and friends!

Attended a COVID vaccination clinic at EGCC. Appeared like a nice place. Lots of parking. As others have already pointed out, I had issues with the extremely narrow hallway where people had to lineup. Given the size of the EGCC, I think a better registration process was possible. Overall, thank you to all the wonderful volunteers at the clinic!

Beautiful venue for any type of party. Food is fresh and delicious with a good variety. The lighting is modern and tastefully done and we had a great celebration there.
I’m looking forward to going there again next spring for another party.

I booked the Embassy Grand Convention Centre for my wedding and it was perfect! The staff worked very well with my vendors, and family on my day of. I absolutely loved having my wedding here, the Management team is very very helpful and hospitable.

Excellent Covid vaccination clinic being run at this location. Efficient, professional, and quick!

Friendly and helpful staff, The Sales team helped me throughout the process, always attended and acknowledged my requests. The day of my daughters event everything was perfect as I imagined from food to services everything was above and beyond. I will book this venue for my another daughters wedding as well:) Keep up the good work team.

Had a horrible experience with this venue & with the owners, Sim & Gary. We had the venue booked for my wedding and with less than 2 weeks left for the wedding, we called to finalize the details and Gary refused to do our event. Without any prior notice- Sim & Gary refused to do our event since they had leased their building to the hospital and were running their venue as the covid testing center. They also refused to admit that their venue was leased to the hospital and when every banquet hall in the GTA was doin events they said that because of govt restrictions they wont do our event.
They also refused to give our deposit back since they said that the deposit is non refundable.

The management team which consists of Sim, Gary, and one other guy, are so clueless and they dont communicate to each other.

Overall - we had the most horrible experience with this venue & would not recommend anyone to book with them. Save your money and go book with another hall in GTA. These guys are thieves & will do anything to take ur deposit but when it comes to actually doing ur event, they will ruin your day.

Hassle-free covid vaccination pop-up clinic by Region of Peel. They have two diff lines for appointment and walk-in.

They are taking our tax money to host Covid testing, yet they hold test samples for 24 hours before even sending it to the lab for analysis. This irresponsible, slow testing leads to more community spread. Please take your test anywhere else.

Came here for Vaccine 2nd Dose. They r taking appointments as well as walk ins. Go to MDnius app. And register online. Today They r giving Moderna Vaccine to 18+ age. Nice staff and fast. Enough parking outside

Went there for covid test. It was not crowded at all. Staff is very polite and cooperative. My result came after 24 hours.
I had my vaccination from here too. Very well organized and it took me 35 mins for whole process.

I got my second Vaccine shot at this place. It was really a great experience from the beginning to the end all the staff, and the people was so well trained and helpful to the people those are coming for the Vaccination.

Newly converted covid vaccination and testing center. Perfectly serving the cause with its huge interiors to distance socially.

I had booked the venue for my wedding but due to covid and the restrictions put in place by the government, I had to cancel the wedding. Gary from Embassy Grand would not provide a refund or partial refund and only option he gave us was to reschedule butwbut would have to pay for the original full guest count regardless of the government rules which is ridiculous. Why would I pay for 300 people if only 50 is allowed and why am i forced to wait to have my wedding based on a venues wishes? I ended up getting married at home with 10 people as per the rules and am very disappointed with this venue for keeping money for services that were never offered due to a pandemic out of my control. I do not recommend this venue for any event, save your money.

Such a wonderful banquet the atmosphere is beautiful. From management to service staff they go above and beyond to make sure your event is runned properly. Highly recommended!

From when I initially reached out to inquire about booking the hall to the day of the event, Sim was super easy going and accommodating. The process could not have gone any smoother. The venue is gorgeous, spacious and beautifully decorated. Tons of parking available and the individual halls are stunning. Thank you once again!

We recently had our third event at this banquet hall. The evening went very well and our guests had a great time.

Eva was especially accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed for the event. She understood that every detail was important to us.

The chef, Maan, took direction very well and altered the dishes to suit our taste. The guests were very complimentary of the food.

There can be some improvements in the service, and booking negotiations could be more pleasant, but overall we're very happy with the event and would recommend.

Gary, Sarb, Sim and the rest of the Embassy team are amazing. Very up-front, honest and skilled at making sure your event goes perfectly. End to end coordination, food quality and event execution. The venue is also freshly renovated, huge, and looks amazing.

I highly recommend embassy grand for any event. We had our wedding reception at Embassy and could not have had a better experience. Meena our coordinator was always responsive and ensured we had a stress free experience. She even helped us organize extra security last minute. The venue spacious and clean. Overall, the food was great and our guests had an amazing time.

Nice big place and with a good size parking lot. I attended a function with 1600 people and they were nicely accommodated.
The area for serving food was though a but tight despite splitting into two half to share the load. Good decor, nice service and good food.

This venue is beautiful and kept in a clean and organized fashion - even the bathrooms are spotless. The front office, specifically Sim Basi, was incredibly professional and helped along the entire process of planning and hosting our event.

The food & drink at this venue is amazing too - our 750+ guests were ALL raving about the food, the deserts, the drinks and even the poutine at the end of the night!

Overall, my wife and I had an incredibly positive experience with Sim Basi and the entire team at Embassy Grand Convention Center - I would highly recommend this venue!

Will be having our company Christmas function at this location. The facility is excellent as the up keep is very good. A definite location to consider any type of large function. The location is close to Hwy 427.

Comfortable location and car park available and it is for free.place is nice and clean. I believe it is good for renting out the space for all type of events such as weddings and training workshops and other events.

Came here for two occasions and both went smooth. The servers weren't the greatest but the night still went on.

He was professional, diligent and easy to work with. The hall is very clean and their staff were excellent in providing service to the guests attending the reception. I honestly can go on and say so much more about how great it was to deal with embassy. The best wedding experience I had out of all my wedding vendors and it wasn't even close. Beautiful venue and AMAZING food! The hall was super clean, there was lots of space, and the employees working there were helpful. Garry Padda helped us out in choosing the best of the best. He is a professional and ensures that everything’s perfect for your special event. I was really happy with my experience. Would definitely recommend his hall to others.

Had a wedding in this place. This is one of the best facilities in town. Place is huge and has parking as well. This convention center has few halls and therefore parking will be tight. Nice and clean washrooms and service is exceptionally good and quick. Recommend this place with five stars.

Had my wedding reception last month at Embassy Grand. Great venue. The staff is easily approachable, professional and courtesy. It's been nicely renovated in recent months with great lighting and sound. Food was outstanding. Highly recommend this venue!

Amazing wedding venue! In my honest opinion, Embassy Grand is the best wedding venue in the Brampton/Vaughan area. My wife and I will always remember our fantastic wedding reception at this venue, especially the delicious food. From start to finish, management are complete professionals and we could not ask for a better experience.

Attended both my nephews wedding parties at the Embassy I’ve been to many 5 star hotel weddings and by far I give Embassy Grand 6 stars. There head chef food and presentation was superb the staff paid attention to small details and bar staff was very friendly and drinks poured and mixed professionally with no lineup. There were many food stations, so no overwhelming lineups. All in all the manager Gary was great at accommodating special requirements by certain guest and took care of it last minute. Location is excellent, hotel right next door to cater to out of town guests.

Great service and organization. Their organizers we dealt with were extremely professional and outgoing. Their teams hard work and professionalism made our event a great success. Would definitely recommend this hall to anyone looking to host any events.
