I have been calling for several days during work hours (9: 00-3: 00) and pressing zero for help, and no one answered me. Thank you.

This was my first time dealing with the Lebanese embassy in Ottawa. In general, it was a good experience! I would like to thank Julie for being a big help and making me feel comfortable and knowledgeable about my rights as a lebanese woman while processing my documents.

Julie was patient, thoughtful professional and went above and beyond to ensure I received what I needed. She had dealt with my dynamic and complicated case for almost 2-3 years. She had sought out multiple members and even spoke to my mother to assist me. She is an asset to the embassy and should be rewarded for her kindness and efforts. Great service, great leadership and a great person.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Ms Julie has been prompt in processing the vital registration of my newborn.

Julie was a rock star. She knew her stuff and helped register our son smoothly and efficiently. We had a time line that we thought could not be done by, but Julie worked hard and made sure we could travel easily as a family.
