The hanged up while I was talking-
They refused to answer a simple question and told me to contact Toronto office which I already contacted but they also hanged up because no one speak English

Very poor service!

This embassy is full of incredibly kind, compassionate, and competent people. I was in a complicated situation trying to sort out an issue with my visa application, and the level of humanity and swift support offered by this embassy was deeply appreciated, especially by the security guard (Henry), who was truly an angel. Thank you!

Received scam phone calls from the same number since 2018. I don't understand why the embassy has done nothing about it.
