Called the office, Lady on the other side is rude and not willing to talk or willing to giving the email address to reach them. She does not know the email address and not willing to give her name.

Received help with our visa question, the staff is very friendly and helpful.

They lose everything. The service is so bad and they lack of knowledge. Every time we call, they’re always busy. They don’t call back either. I thought because they’re an embassy, they can be very helpful but they do the opposite of that
