I recently found myself in the midst of a box elder bug invasion that made my home look like the set of a creepy-crawly blockbuster. EMBO Pest Control. From the moment they stepped into the battlefield (aka my backyard), it was clear this wasn't their first rodeo.

Picture this: box elder bugs scattering like they're late for a bug meeting, and our fearless exterminator, armed with weapons that would make even James Bond jealous. It was like watching a bug version of an action movie – call it "Insect Exterminator: Revenge of the Raid. "

The Exterminator's strategy was so on point; I half-expected them to start drawing battle plans. They swooped in with military precision, leaving no bug unharmed. I even caught them exchanging bug war stories – turns out, my infestation was a legendary tale in the bug-fighting community.

But it wasn't just the expertise that impressed me; it was the humour and charm they brought to the bug-busting party. They cracked jokes about the bugs surrendering, holding a little "Bug Olympics, " and even convinced a couple of the rebels to sign peace treaties. I almost felt bad for the bugs – almost.

In the end, my home is now a bug-free zone, and I can finally reclaim my territory. Huge Thank You to the Exterminator Dream Team at EMBO Pest Control – you turned my bug nightmare into a bug comedy show! If you want a bug battle with laughs, strategy, and a guaranteed victory, these folks are your bug-busting heroes. 10/10, would invite them back for the sequel!

Our house had a wasp problem for a month or so by the time we called on Sunday Oct 8th during Thanksgiving. Mike answered and he was very polite and reassuring. He explained everything about how the process worked. He and his partner Cillian came on the morning of Wednesday Oct 11th to Niagara Falls which felt like quick turnaround. Mike spoke with my dad and I about how things worked and how he has dealt with our same issue many times. He was confident and reassuring. Cillian handled the actual work of spraying the openings while Mike supervised. They were in and out in maybe 20 minutes. That day the wasps were basically unable to fly, then the next we'd only see a few in the whole day, and by the weekend they just stopped coming out because there were no more. Mike did say it could take a couple weeks to see results but it was quite instant. About a month has passed and no issues have appeared. Excellent work and talent, and very professional guys to work with. Can't recommend this company (and particularly Mike and Cillian) enough.

Mike is amazing, I called probably 8 times in a day with a million questions and he was always right there with answers, very great communication and advice! Made the experience a lot easier to handle.

I cannot say enough about the incredible quality of service that we got from Mike. He is knowledgeable, competent AND honest! He spoke to me on the phone for a half hour giving me advice on the bug infestation at my daughter's apartment BEFORE I EVEN BOOKED! He advised me to find the source so that, in his words, "I was not wasting my money by having him spray only for the bugs to come back. " He was so accommodating with when he could come. Mike made a horrible situation better. I hope that I never have a bug issue again but if I do, my first and only call will be to Mike at EMBO.
