Have been coming here since they opened. Highly recommend this health centre.

I did a couple months of pelvic floor physio after my first baby with Jessica and she was great! I felt that I got a lot out of the sessions and that Jessica was helping me work towards my specific goals. She's very knowledgeable and makes what could be an awkward experience very comfortable!

Jessica and the whole Embody team are terrific at what they do. I dealt with Jessica because of a lower back injury. Even when I was barely able to walk, she took her time working with me and helping to get my back moving again. I would highly recommend the Embody team and especially Jessica.

Recently, I was referred to see Anita by my doctor. I had chronic neck, upper back and shoulder pain for the past couple of years. I had seen all different kinds of medical professionals and could not find long term pain relief, and my neck pain was worsening as time went by to the extent of radiating to my eye on a daily basis. Anita started working on me with a combination of dry needling my shoulder blade and neck, and gave me some exercises. To my surprise, after only a few sessions, I started to notice a change. It was the first time in the past year that I did not have constant pain for consecutive days. My neck and trap spasms got better and I could go for as long as 2 to 3 weeks with no pain. It was a miracle to me. If you are someone who had been experiencing pain for a long time, I strongly recommend seeing Anita and giving it a try. I strongly believe in her techniques and knowledge.

I am always impressed by the level of professionalism at this clinic. All of the health care professionals go above and beyond to help their patients. I regularly see Natasha for massage and her level of health knowledge is impressive. She is able to target and treat problem areas so effectively every time! I also tried osteopathy with Stefan for the first time and was amazed at how my mobility was improved in one session; and how my back pain and discomfort was instantly addressed and reduced. Impressive!
