EMC is always a pleasure to deal with. Professional, friendly, helpful and pricing is good. Better than any other lab in the field.

VERY UNRELIABLE 0 STARS.
I have driven for 3 hours to be there on time to deliver the sample and fill up the analysis request form, all this before 12: 00. I did ask and paid for a turn around the time of 4 hours, took them 20 hours to deliver, and asked for my refund since the service I paid for wasn't fulfilled. The refund process was another unpleasant experience having to call several times, and then having the Admistrative Assistant/ Accounts Receivable, Andrea Sych dropping the phone on me and calling me (Braggy Person) They released the refund money and then took money again out of my credi card without my permission, This company, make their own rules as they go, due to the lack of professionalism, I'm gonna end up, seeking for a second opinion.
