Front desk staff lack etiquette and are bias. They desperately need to be trained on how to speak to patients they were very rude. I was very disgusted and appalled by the end of the conversation that I didn’t even want to see the doctor. The Pharmacy staff were very kind and attentive. I recommend seeking out other clinic’s in the area before you attend this one.

The doctor here is good but the assistants are extremely rude. I had severe stomach infection and I was taking antibiotics. I had diarrhea and rash after taking the medication so I called and informed them and doctor suggested one other medicine. But I had more severe diarrhea and rash so I went for walk in. I explained my situation to assistances but they kept telling me that diarrhea is Covid symptom and only through phone I can connect with doctor without understanding my situation. They never allowed me to see the doctor even after explaining my situation to them

This place is staffed primarily by a doctor and female medical staff / receptionist. Both reasonably pleasant with me during my initial interview, however I sense a degree of sanctimony which is typical of doctors hailing from India. He wants me to repeat a thorough examination that was initially performed by my prior practitioner just over a month ago. It seems that I may have more to discuss with the staff during my subsequent visits.
Subsequently I have learned and observed these practioners prey primarily upon elderly people by continually ordering unessential tests, visits and every single devious ploy to increase their own bottom line irrespective of the financial welfare of their patients. Absolutely unprofessional and not recommended.

Dr. Race is wonderful. Very patient and thorough with her exams and questioning. Great with kids. Simply a well-rounded doctor

The walk in clinic is closed. Chairs blocking the seating area. The pharmacist says perhaps call qnd leave a voice mail.
Very sad state of affairs when there are 0 walk in clinics left in Clarkson.

Despite what the clinic says, this doctor doesn't actually take walk-in appointments. Huge surprise when I was turned away for a walk-in appointment

Not sure how these "doctors" got their license. Save your time & energy, and DO NOT go to these amateurs.

Dr. Saber Goher is a very kind and helpful doctor. I want to thank him for all his help. He does excellent work. Amani in the reception is also very friendly and kind and helpful

Would NOT recommend seeing Dr Rose. She’s missing people skills and completely forgot that she’s here for your better health.

Dr Race has ZERO ethics when it comes to your health. Sees you as a number and won’t even give you a 10 min conversation. Not sure how she called herself a doctor.

Very friendly receptionist to the doctor and the staff in between even the pharmasict is great Ive never recieved more genuine care or help. I've visited them a few times now and each time they've been wonderful. The first time I called no one answered but they actually called me back and I am so grateful they did. Dr Goher is a very nice and caring doctor. The whole clinic is very clean and respectful and the wait time is not very long at all!

I have been attending the clinic for bi-weekly for allergy shots and other miscellaneous issues. The staff are really pleasant and appointments are on time. Dr S. Goher is an excellent doctor to deal with, easy to talk to and has helped me.

The service was excellent, Dr. Rose is so caring and understanding, and is professional in the way she deals with patients.

I normally don't leave reviews, but I'm severely disappointed with the service of this place. I have seen the doctors there for over a year with no success, because I was told there is a "process" that requires subsequent tests in identifying my "issue. " I have had over 15 prescriptions that were often completely unnecessary, and in some instances, very harmful. Dr. Rose is the main doctor who doesn't even serve her patients in person. Despite waiting over an hour for scheduled appointments, she spends about 30 seconds talking to you online, after unnecessarily describing your symptoms repeatedly to different (not by choice) assistants. After that, she sends you on your way, obliged to return the next week. Since when did doctors go from healing and compassion to complete disregard for a human's well being? There's making money and helping people. Then there's just making money.

I am not satisfied with the quality of service they provide. I am seriously considering changing my doctor. She doesn't know anything.

I’ve had excellent service in the past at this walk-in clinic however now they’ve switched to “telemedicine” which is where the doctor could be in her bedroom talking to you via Skype while a supposedly fully trained physicians assistant follows her instructions to poke and prod you. I accept that type of medical care when I’m living in a village in Alaska but not when I’m living in the midst of millions of people. This set-up is nothing more than a money grab by this doctor and does not represent the health care people should have access to in the GTHA.

I wish I could give them a 0. The doctors and receptionists are not professional at all, I went there a few times and they always push me to see a doctor even I was just trying to get my iron pill which I could simply get it from any of the drug stores without proscription. Last time when I was there, they referred me to see a doctor online which I don't even know if she is licensed to do so. After I met their "online doctor" I have totally no idea what she was talking about. The staffs and doctors there are always talk to each other with their own language in front of me and other patients which is really rude to me. Their Dr. Always try to order as many tests as they can for me which makes it easier for me to come back. I sometimes don't even think it's necessary and one time, they called me saying that my result is out, the Dr.needs to see me again even we have already talked about my result long time ago. I understand that we have a free healthcare in Ontario but it doesn't mean that they should use this as an excuses to make us come back again and again and to scare us as patients by using their "Doctor " titles! I understand that they are eventually a business but it doesn't mean that they could lie to their patients and our health system!
