Sorry I can't rate any lower than one. They had my cart for 24 hours and I called for an update. The man was extremely rude on the phone. He said they had to charge my cart and the decharge before they could work on it. I mentioned that he told me 24 hours ago they were charging it. Then he got more upset saying my cart is very complicated to work on. I said Mid City will come and pick up the cart and to stop work. He said they had the only person in the area that can work on this complicated cart. I got a call two hours later from Mid City that the work was completed.

Went to get parts for a cart know one ther knew wut they wer looking for asweel as told me to come down and with belts then ther mechanic said we do have many (let be far how u fix carts if u don't have parts.) would not recommend them and lady I asked bout seat cover on wall said around 800 to recover seat lol

Very impressed with the professionalism. They knew exactly what I needed. I found them very reasonably priced especially considering what I went through with the other jokers who pretended to know what they were doing in the area. Don’t make the costly mistake we made by going to their so call competitors.

Beware! This place is a total Ripoff! They repaired our golf cart charger and charged us $200.00 for a $1.50 part. Which he never did fix right. This year we are having trouble with the lights so we called to get it fixed. They told us when they have a few calls our way they woukd pick up the golf cart. They came and picked it up called us and said it would cost $500.00 for the repair. We said no just bring back the cart. Ridiculous to charge $500.00 to repair lights. So they charged us 113.00 for picking it up and dropping it off, even though they were coming our way anyway.

Very poor repair! We took our older ezego golf cart 3 times for repair and they charged us over $1500 and it still doesn’t run! Then we picked it up because they said it was fixed it but wouldn’t start and the mechanic told me it’s because it’s old. Then he replaced the ignition at that time. They replaced most of the parts put new tires on it so really a shame it still won’t run. I called & emailed we are very unhappy with their work. Beware if you own anything older they will soak you!

DO NOT RENT GOLF CARTS FROM THIS PLACE WHILE STAYING AT SHERKSTON! My golf cart was rented at 1030 and by 1400 it was barely making it up a hill never mind a straight path. I called and asked to get a refund as it was such an inconvenience using it to get around very few places. I called and the front desk told me that a manager would have to issue a refund and would call me. By 1715 I did not heart anything and decided to take it back. When I got there the front desk told me that they could give me another cart. At this point I was so annoyed that I said no, as I had just waited for 2 hours to hear from the manager who had already gone home for the day. There are seasonal people that will rent out there golf carts privately for cheaper. I would try and find someone!

Mike has rectified all issue that were brought to his attention. I will be returning for future buisness.

Mike is wounderful to deal with, whether buying new or getting your old cart fixed. Fair, reliable and punctual. Excellant on site/offsite storage.

The owner is very untrustworthy. A lot of the carts are not even stored there. He stores them at barns of other people. And most of these places are not even secure, nor heated as he claims. There are cheaper and more secure options in the area. I know much more about this con as I live in the neighborhood.

My husband and I just purchased a 2007 Club Car Precedent from Birdie Golf Carts and we couldn't be more pleased. The moment we walked into the showroom we were greated by Gabe, one of the most friendly and accommodating sales people we have ever met. He listened carefully to what we were looking for and came up with the perfect cart for us. He worked within our budget and time frame (we gave him plenty of time) installing our added head light and back seat. On the day of pick up we arrived with our utility trailer only to find it wasn't wide enough by a couple of inches. Gabe told us he had a delivery to make by us the next day and dropped it off for us free of charge. You don't get that kind of service anywhere anymore. We are very impressed and will recommend Birdie Golf Carts to everyone. Great job Gabe.

Let me start by saying that these folks are honest! I took them at every word they said and everything was as accurate as could be. I've read some reviews that these guys are the only game in town, but they don't treat you like they are. Again I want to stress the honesty from them and the trustworthiness that I felt and experienced.

Brought my golf cart in and had a lift kit put on, new tires, new lights (which Mike sold me on and I'm not an easy sell, kudos to him) and a trailer hitch. The price was very reasonable and fair. It took a little longer than I thought it would but we have to have patience in life as we don't always get what we want, when we want.

Zack, the new Service Manager, was very easy to work with and looks out for your best interest. Gabriel, the Marketing Manager, drove right to my place in Sherkston to repair recently installed lights on my golf cart when he found out that the lights were not working properly.

Be patient and respectful with them and you'll end up with a great deal and a much better golf cart!

Seems as recent the folks at Birdie are worth 1 star or less. Was @ Sherkston as we do as a family annually and rented a cart for the weekend. Picked up the cart and almost did not make it back to the rustic cabins area, battery was uncharged. Being a reasonable person and knowing they were out of carts I did not complain and charged mine.
Used the cart for my 2 day rental which worked well but then dropped my cart off slightly after closing as we were delayed at dinner at Boston pizza on the resort grounds

Charged for a full day! I returned the unit full charged, clean and rent ready during low season but low and behold these folks take it upon themselves to charge $85 to my credit card with out my consent. I will not rent here again as the manager Mike MacDonald is very difficult to deal with and not receptive to assisting a loyal and recurring client. Charging exuberant rates with sub-par service. I recommend looking to other golf cart rental houses off the resort which will deliver you a fully charged cart and not ding you with extra charges. Tread lightly with Birdie
