This store has it all! Best thing is the staff who really know their stuff and are super friendly and helpful. It's the Only place to go for tiles, carpet, floors etc.

The installation of my flooring was excellent, the salesperson Andre did a great job. On day two a person called to say they were double booked and would only be available the next day. My question is why is it the the customers have to wait, why is the customer taken for granted. I called to complain and was told by the owner that delaying the customer was a common occurrence that they were short of staff and that I shouldn’t be complaining.
As a customer these businesses could care less how long a job may take. I have asked for $100.00 as compensation for having my plans delayed, I felt my plans were very unimportant to them but very important to me. The response to this request was a laugh and a closing comment that it would be reviewed. It has been a week since making my request I feel unimportant so I have little hope of my request being settled.

You found the hardwood flooring we were looking for. And it wasn’t easy, in terms of what is in trend today. Your kindness, professionalism and amazing service was more than what we asked for. You really went out of your way. Because of this, the outcome of our project is so, so Beautiful.

My wife and I moved to St. Catharines from a city 3 hours away. It was necessary for us to do a number of renovations in our new home, including over 900 square feet of flooring. I bought tiles for my bathroom renovation and the sales staff was absolutely excellent, the warehouse team was also extremely efficient. I was unsure which route to go with and the team was very patient and understanding with me! Perfect overall experience

Recently had Emporium Carpet & Flooring install hardwood floors at my house. The installer was friendly, however he decided to cut all the wood inside house, which ended up creating a tornado of dust throughout the whole house which even caused the fire alarm to go off. The sales person we dealt with failed to communicate our concern in a timely fashion to the installation department, so we took it upon ourselves to do that the following the day. They advised this was standard procedure to save time, however they would ask the installer to cut the wood outside, which he did on day 2. Even a barrier inside may helped on the first day, but this wasn't done. I've never experienced a contractor cutting wood or other materials on a job of this magnitude within someone's residence, but this may be standard procedure with this company.

Bought my backsplash tile from them which we installed ourselves. I find the staff to be very friendly and helpful. They have a large selection of flooring and backsplash tile. Their prices are reasonable. Andre gave great service.
