I have been represented by Empower for about 2 years and I have only had positive experiences. They support and encourage their clients while providing amazing opportunities in the acting and music industries!

This agency is what the industry needs. They are upfront and honest with expectations and truly look to empower talent to be their best.

In the last year my daughter has gone from a shy and uninterested teen to an aspiring star.

Jen has taught us so much and has our best interest at heart. Her only rule, you get out of life what you put into it. If you are looking for an agency that will not care that you work or not.this is not the agency for you. If you are committed to being your best and working for success.they will be entirely dedicated to you.

Our family has been blessed to have found Empower. Both our kids have booked jobs (my husband and myself included) and they have enjoyed every single auditions they have done.
Empower is always there for us when we need them. They respond promptly and are aware of our needs and requests.
What we like the most is that they understand that we are a busy family and when we need to 'close off' certain dates because of different commtiments or sickness, they always approve with compassion and flexibility.
When we signed the contract 2 years ago, it was clear that once someone commits to be part of the agency, we have to be ready to work hard (cannot constantly refuse jobs for any possible reasons) and it is hard and demanding work.but we were and still are ready for the challenge.
With that being said, they have a certain standard they have in mind and if you don't fit, they will let you go, respectfully. They work for the well-being of all of us and we sure don't want to look bad out there because of talents that are not quite ready to work hard.
We could not ask for a better experience in this very busy industry.if you are ready to put the work in, you will be a good fit with Empower.
They are professional, understanding, efficient and really personable.

Beware, my family of 6 thought this new agency was real, but they proved to be quite unprofessional. We were very up front with our busy schedule, and they were very demanding, and they removed our pictures from the website, and terminated the contract, without notifying us at the end of 1 year contract, even though they had stopped calling way before that. They want you to constantly audition for "open casting calls" that you don't even need an agent for. It doesn't seem like anybody has received a job from this agency in a really long time. In fact it seems that this agency has only "maybe four jobs" that people have gotten over time span of 2 years. Don't waste your time. We did all of our auditions really well, and they nitpicked and complained about everything. They expect you to drop your day jobs, and be available for them constantly and they don't listen to what your actual schedule is. We tried our best to accommodate their demands but they were unrealistic. Sign up with a more established agency, and save yourself the trouble. Such a waste of time, and the children are very hurt by the experience. If they would have listened to our real availability, we would have stayed on the roster and have taken a few jobs a year but because their communication skills are quite weak this was not possible for them to do.

My daughter has recently become part of Empower and she’s loving it! The owners always set the kids up for success and are always there to help
