How can a gas bill literally double from the previous year when we actually used less then we did last year an now it's twice as much.you at enbridge are snakes I wish I could have gave a zero star review

Enbridge is a huge scamming company. They over charge customers and then if they struggle to pay the ransom (their bill), they offer loans that that are 10x the going rates of banks. Everyone needs to just stop paying their bills and tell the millionaires on the board that people have had enough.

My equal billing went up based on last years usage. I called enbridge for clarification. My House was lost to a fire May 2021. Gas service was shut off and not turned back on Until Dec 2021 for construction heat only. There was no usage but we continued to pay equal monthly billing. There is no reason even with gas cost increase that mt bill should of went up. Customer service said I should of called and cancelled equal billing. This companys billing is a scam and will take anything they can get. They are no adjusting my billing and noone from headoff will try and resolve this problem

Three months in a row payment going to wrong account still. Problem solved they say
not so spent hours trying to speak to a human. Left callback number no answer so far

Needs zero start! It takes 20 minutes going through their maze of phone prompts just to be able to get in line to speak to someone, their phone system is set up so it is impossible to be able to talk to someone they literally have no option to talk to someone! 99% of the people calling their number want to speak to an actual person and they set up their phone system deliberately so the option to speak to a real person is hidden deep in their menu system.

Anyone that gave more then one star must have an interest in Enbridge.
