Sam was great! Punctual, reliable and explained the state of the chimney, discussed maintenance issues and cleaned and tidied up everything.

The service that we received from San was above and beyond amazing. He not only serviced the chimney, but explained the physics of the fireplace so that we can get the most out of our experience. I’ve never had such detailed guidance and I feel much better equipped to start enjoying fires in my "new to me” home. I feel safe and informed and with a clear direction of what I need to do to maintain our fireplace. Can’t recommend enough

They were so professional and kind. I did not feel they were after our cash. Always looking for ways for us to save $$$. The gentleman checked the chimney and said it does not need cleaning and just did the caps. The person running the Hamilton office was top shelf

We have used Enchanted Chimney Sweeps for years. We regularly burn wood in our fireplace and they come and inspect and clean for us. They have always let us know when they would arrive and have been prompt and efficient - and never left a mess.

I feel a little mislead when I called for the inspection I directly asked the reception if there is somthing wrong with the fireplace can u guys fix it and she said yes
I also sent pictures prior. I wish they would have advised prior that they do not fix anything and he instantly knew the age of the fireplace and he could have told me prior that it was too old
For the price I find it wasn’t worth it
They could have told me over the phone after I sent the photos the fireplace was too old.also didn’t provide any advise as to where I can get it fixed … not very impressed
But the inspector was very very very knowledgeable and intelligent and friendly

I was extremely impressed with Tom, his diagnosis of the problem was spot on and he explained what was wrong and what needed to be done. He was professional and respectful with how he went about his task and very clean and organized. This is the first time using Enchanted and I will look forward to an annual maintainance visit from them.
