Mike who came to do the free estimate and initial measurements for my basement windows was professional, informative and best of all I felt no pressure to hire after this 1st visit. Prices were reasonable and because of all of the above I was happy to do busy with Encore!
The installation was even earlier than I expected and Michael and Glen handled that like the pros they are.
You have earned my trust and for that reason also, I look forward to doing business with you again!

We've had half the house done and even when it wasn't perfect (which was only once), they did not hesitate to return and make things right. When time and money permits, we also would hestitate to use them again to complete the house.

Encore Windows & Doors replaced all our front windows and a very drafty back french door. We live in an older home where the aesthetic of the windows was VERY important.it had to match the look of the older windows (with metal bars in the glass). The process with EW&D was smooth and simple from the very beginning. We were given several options that suited our needs in a variety of prices ranges. Every suggestion was made understanding that maintaining the traditional look mattered to us. The installation process was incredibly smooth. The windows and back door look AMAZING. I was worried about trading the old glass windows, but the new ones look so much better. And the price was very competitive. I highly recommend Encore Windows & Doors!

New Double Front doors: This was my first time using Encore Windows & Doors and I am beyond happy with my experience. From start to finish Anthony was great to work with. Not only did he help me with my decision on the doors I was updated on the progress through the whole experience. The Installation was seamless and the staff were very experienced. My front doors look absolutely beautiful and the transformation is amazing! I would Highly recommend this company.

We used Encore Windows & Doors to replace the windows on our main floor, and they also took on the challenge of building a box-bay window we had envisioned for our daughter's bedroom. Anthony was very professional, and had our best interest in mind (even warning us that the box-bay window might not be worth the $ for the additional space but we decided to go for it). When it came to installation, the team was right on time, tidy and worked efficiently. Overall, we're very happy with the way the new windows turned out and would definitely recommend them!

Quick and professional, it was nice to see an installer who takes pride in his work. Love our new windows, the magnetic screen is a nice touch too.

We did extensive research before choosing Encore to replace 2 entry doors and 3 different types of replacement windows (casement, double hung, and awning) for our century old Toronto home. We had heard about this company from a neighbour on our street. Although the products are often similar from different companies, the competitive pricing and excellent sales advice from Encore prompted us to select this company over several others. Dispite the long lead time for delivery (an industry wide phenomenon), the installation process was flawless. We were so impressed that we ordered two more sets of windows from Encore which also exceeded our expectations. I guess it's understandable why this company is called ENCORE!

Purchasing windows from Encore was a great experience from start to finish. The company was very responsive to e-mail throughout the process, and the installations themselves went quickly and without any issues. I had 3 full frame window replacements done about a year ago and have not experienced any problems since.

When we moved into our home the windows were unsafe and leaked. We contacted Encore and they did a fabulous job replacing our windows. We have had our windows for over 15 years and have had no issues. Cleaning the windows on our upper level from the inside is a breeze. The windows are as good as the day they were installed.
