I would highly recommend End of The Roll for your flooring needs. Very professional and knowledgeable. Very pleased with the product, the service and the pricing I received for my area carpets. I had Manny for my sales associate and he was fantastic.

We purchased a carpet for our bedroom. The sales experience was great, the quality of the carpet was great but the installation experience was poor. The carpet was installed fine however at the end of the installation, 2 doors had not been put back on. The installer told me I’d have to cut the doors. I said that it was his job to put things back the way he found them. He told me I’d have to call the store. I called the store and the first response from sales was that I’d have to cut the doors. When I said that they needed to finish the job, sales told me it would be an extra cost. I did not accept that and sales referred me to a manager. The manager called me quickly and said they would take care of it. The same installer was sent back and he cut the doors and re-installed them. The problem is that the one door was not cut straight but rather on an angle and it still dragged against the new carpet on one end. The other door was not cut enough and the entire door drags on the carpet. I guess I will have to fix it myself. The installer would clearly have known that the door hadn’t been cut properly and would have clearly known that the doors were still dragging on the carpet. It was simply a bad job which reflects poorly on the company. My impression was that the installer just didn’t care. I would purchase carpet from this company again but I would not have that installer back. After the price I paid, I’m not happy that I have to fix this myself.

Bought the floor earlier and they were able to give me a fair price. Had them install it and it was painless, perfect and very good job. Very happy with Carm his staff and the install team

Purchased 2 area rugs for a new renovation. Jeff assisted me and was most helpful, and not pushy. One rug did not work out, so I was able to return and get another. I am very happy with quality, service and pricing. All the staff there were very pleasant and helpful. Would highly recommend

Honestly it was pretty terrible. The product is exactly what we were looking for but the last few times we have been in there, the service has been super pushy and uncomfortable. The gentlemen helping us is a senior consultant and has zero people skills. It seemed like it was an inconvenience that we were taking too long to decide on things and I just wanted him to leave us to browse rather than following us around the shop trying to close the sale.

Really happy with install Josh did. Akis helped us finally decide on what worked best for us. Would recommend and use this location again.

Bought a carpet for my family room, Didn't want anything too expensive as the room is used to get in and out of the garden so if it got shabby I could replace it without too much fuss. Went to the showroom, explained what I wanted, The guy showed me options and made recommendations, I ordered carpet, next day someone came out to measure up, that afternoon I got a call to arrange a fitting time, a call from the store to confirm the total cost.four days later, all done! Amazing, fast, honest service, carpet fitter was fantastic, I would recommend this End of Roll in Stoney Creek to anybody! A pleasure to do business with them. We wanted to wait a few months after installation to see how the flooring held up.
Our sales rep claimed the incredibly expensive flooring he up sold us was scratch free. It absolutely is not.
The installers never came back to finish installing the small pieces on our one stair case.
The flooring has started to separate at the seams because the installers did not make sure all lines were tight.

I did reach out to the location manager after the installers came to let them know there was damaged flooring from the install and the staircase had not been finished. Was told not to worry it would be fixed. It was not.
Don’t waste your time. You are not going to save money in the end.

Needed carpet for two bedrooms. Met with a very knowledgable and experienced salesperson at the Stoney Creek store. Spent lots of time with us showing different options. No upsell techniques used, just honest opinions. After settling on a carpet and under-pad we waited for the estimator to come and do the final measurements. Showed up right on time, following all COVID protocols. Next was the scheduled installation date, which was very quick. On the day of install we got a phone call about 20 minutes before the scheduled time stating they were on time and would be their shortly. They use their own installers, not sub-contractors, which really shows in the pride of workmanship. Two gentlemen showed up in a very nice, new cargo van and introduced themselves. Both removed their shoes before entering. Something my wife appreciated. An hour and a half later both rooms were completed. Not only that but vacuumed and all debris removed. Couldn’t be happier with the whole transaction from start to finish. I highly recommend and will certainly call them first, next time I need any flooring.

I went looking for an area rug. There was lots of selection and the staff was very helpful, steering us towards an excellent deal on a quality wool carpet.

I called in for a quote, and before I even had the time to finish saying, " Thanks, I will let you know, " they just hang up on me. Just straight up disrespectful. They clearly only care for the sale, and not their customers.

Further, I was given loads of options and am ecstatic about the quality of the product I received along with craftsmanship of the installers. Ended up buying 2 rugs on my first visit! Satisfied with the service and was even able to exchange one of my rugs because it didn’t fit. The only reason for four stars was because they do not issue refunds. Thankfully the rug I exchanged was exactly the same price, but had it not been I may have been in a dilemma! Overall please with the service and quality of the area rugs I purchased.

We went out looking for a specific colour and texture of carpet for two different areas of our home. We walked into the store and Brett greeted us with a smile and friendly humor and then Karam was there to answer any questions we had without hovering over us. We found the carpet on display and Karam was so quick to provide us with a quote and and gave us the pricing options we were looking. After all of our shopping around, we found their pricing was competitive. We contacted them for a free measurement and final pricing. They were here within a couple of days. They booked our appointment to install the carpet and we were amazed! So punctual! The installers arrived on time, on the dot! They completed the work and we were so impressed with their work. Not a seam showing! Brett communicated so well with us, that made feel that our business was important to them!

So I came in there today around noon to buy a piece of scrap carpet for my basement nothing spectacular just a regular piece of carpet. When we walked in there was an oldrr man working in the store he immediately followed us through the entire store making me feel like I was going to steal carpet everything in the store he said was too expensive, he was very short blunt and rudethey weren't willing to cut anything and you're never going to get any of my service and I will never recommend your store to anybody it's not end of the roll it's end of the line.considering the time of year and the fact that sales are going to be low you think they would want to get rid of some of their scrap carpet for cheapI didn't see anybody in there chomping at the bit to buy any carpet or tile in fact there wasn't another customer insight so you want to refuse a sale at this time of year you'll never get my business
