End Of The Roll - Guelph

Great experience with Abhi and the team at End of the Roll in Guelph. We needed to find a simple carpet runner for o ur basement stairs. Abhi showed us some options, discussed the process and gave us time to think about it without any pressure. We called back the next day to order it and it was installed 1 week later. The installation was quick and efficient. The stairs look great! My only complaint is how expensive flooring is getting, and the increased price that is charged for stairs, but Abhi provided the best deal we could find when we shopped around.

We just bought two area carpets (cut from a large roll) along with some under pad.
We were very happy with the help we received from Leo who was knowledgeable about all aspects of the job and flexible as to when we received the delivery. We will definitely use them again.

I recently shopped at the Guelph location. The store was clean & well laid out and the selection was bigger than any other flooring store I had shopped in. Every person on staff I dealt with was kind, polite, very knowledgeable and helpful. Mostly I dealt with Abi and he was particularly patient helping me choose the right flooring, and also when I mixed up our measurements which necessitated him changing the order.
The product I bought was a reasonable price and had a good warranty. It arrived as promised in a week and was delivered to my home by a friendly efficient driver.
I would recommend the Guelph store to anyone looking for good flooring at a competitive price. The staff there will treat you well and you will be happy with your choices.

The store and staff are fine, but very poor experience with the installers they arranged. I might buy from the store again but would arrange for install with a flooring contractor myself.

The discussion and offer with management were excellent; however, the installation personnel were a disaster. The guy intends to be insulting to his customer and is only concerned about finishing his work in a rush. He is unaware that he is working inside people's residence. He has no idea of beibg respectful and patient to answer questions: and avoid roaming in non-working (private) spaces. He was rude. I was forced to conclude he might have a racist attitude and that he thinks he is entitled to be disrespectful towards people of a particular color.

We were very pleased with our experience-love our vinyl plank flooring. Abhi and staff were great to deal with.

I am new to Guelph and wanted to change the laminat flooring and carpet staircase of my house. I found this shop having good variety of vinyl with reasonable prices. I went ahead with them to source and install around 450 sqft of flooring plus 2 stair cases for my house. My experience was great. Both the store owners - Abhi and Leo are very friendly to talk to and they guide well. The installation was done on scheduled time and in a very professional manner. I am happy.

Great help from the people working; they guided me immediately to what I needed (not just what I erroneously asked for) and gave me great service for installing. I said that I wasn't a professional so the guided me to a carpet that was easy to work with. My stairs look great!

I’m very happy and impressed with End of the Roll in Guelph. I needed a runner installed on my stairs, and I needed it done quickly. Not only did they have the largest selection of runners out of anywhere in Guelph, but they were able to have it installed within two days. The installers did a fantastic job and were on and out in no time at all. Highly recommend!

After a DIY flooring job went sideways, I ran to End of the Roll to see what they had in stock. They were so helpful and recommended a vinyl product. Actually arranged to have it installed within two days!
I'm so happy with the results! Would definitely recommend going here first.

While working on a property flip, I met with Abi at the store to discuss options of painting stairs and adding a runner or installing carpet. He was so helpful and the delivery/installation team was so professional and quick! Will definitely use them again!

My daughter picked her new carpet and they had it all cut up for us and ready to go very quickly.

I placed a negative review on this site 2 days ago and it seems to have disappeared. Just curious as to why. I notice that all of the reviews of this business has 4 or 5 stars. Coincidence? This may be because we were extremely upset with the shoddy workmanship, paying $300 for a job that took about 45 minutes and the owner raging at us in our home when we got upset about the work, which we will have to repair/finish ourselves. Buyer beware.

Great place to find rugs for your house or work. I was really impressed by Abby's knowledge of the products and his friendly customer service. I am not someone who would write a review but my experience at End of Roll was so good that I felt compelled to write one for them. I would definitely recommend this store to my friends and anyone who needs rugs. Five stars for Abby!

We were out looking for an area rug for the basement. Happened to drive by the Guelph location and saw the no tax event. Went in to look around, within minutes found what we needed. Saved huge on the purchase. Bought an 8x11, with an additional quality underpad for $230.00. Great selection on clearance and marked down carpets. Thanks End of the Roll. I will return for future flooring needs.

I’ll be honest. I was nervous going with End of the Roll. They were new to Guelph. I visited all the existing stores in Guelph, and none were as helpful or quote inclusive as Abby at End of the Roll. I probably came back 5 times and Abby was awesome. His quote had everything I wanted: carpet removal and baseboards re-work at a great price. Everyone else had exorbitant extra’s.

The install went great. There was one item I wanted help changing and Abby had the crew were back the next day. They were very nice about it. Everything looks great.

Abby was patient and helpful all the way through the process. He didn’t take our money and leave us. He helped us all the way through. I can confidently say I recommend Abby at End of the Roll
