This is the end of the roll comercial and I gotta say it cracks me up to see them pass themselves off as pros and no one has the common sense to tell the actor hey where's your brain your knee pads are on upside down lmao if that's how they do comercials how do they actually do your floors are they installed upside down as well lol

I was very underwhelmed. Your ads are very misleading. We went in looking for vinyl plank flooring and the selection was sub par at best. Lots of carpet to choose from but, that is the only positive I can say.

Good customer service. The lady helping us was helpful and not pushy. We got a great deal. Installation was next day, so fast. He did a great job installing too. Was really a no hassle process from beginning to end.

Bought some carpet for a really good price. Same item cost 1.5x more at a place down the street. Sales person was great, and Chase provided excellent service by lifting the carpet roll carefully into my vehicle. Stopped at Counterpoint brewery next door to purchase some nice bevies for the weekend.

We were on a tight timeline and End Of The Roll Kitchener made the job stress-free from start to finish. Jenn was great to deal with. Her sense of humour and knowledge about EOTR products, made easy of what felt like a daunting undertaking. We left the store confident of our choice and reassured we would have the job finished by the due date. EOTR even arranged the installer Lee & Son who did an excellent job installing the carpet.

We have recently purchased 2 items. One was a remnant with a bound edge. Second was an area rug. When we put the remnant in our car we noticed the binding was off on one edge. We took it back in and it was repaired and ready within a few days.

The area rug is for our son and he LOVES it!

Terrific customer service! Price matched a particular carpet we liked from another store no questions asked and were very responsive to any questions we had after we booked. Installers were professional, on time and did a great job! We had obtained 5 different quotes and not only did End of the Roll (Kitchener) have the best price (all in), they also had the best customer service and were very accomodating. Highly recommend!

We had our entire basement recarpeted and End of the Roll took great care of us from start to finish. Great knowledgeable staff. Jennifer was patient with all my questions and concerns. We have never done a reno before. During covid lock down and everything, it was an awesome experience. The installer was excellent, fast efficient and tidy. Even solved a door way issue for us.

Amazing staff! I was very impressed and witnessed the best customer service I've seen in a long time. Jen helped us pick out a floor that meets our needs, she was patient and provided all the information and tips we needed for installation. I left feeling confident and appreciated as a customer, which unfortunately is very rare these days.

What a fantastic shopping experience. The staff were so very helpful. I live out of town and so the manager texted me photos of the different patterns in the flooring I was looking for. I paid almost half the price I would have anywhere else. I will for sure be purchasing all of my flooring from them going forward.

Staff is great. Kimberly and staff went out of their way to find a product we were wanting. They kept us up to date as to the status of our order and held it for us until we returned from holidays. They also helped us arrange for the install. We are very happy with the finished product.

Friendly helpful service! Jenn allowed us to take home some samples to see how well they went with our paint and trim before purchasing. No other store we went to was willing to do that, which made it very difficult to pick out the right flooring. We went with Pale Rider vinyl plank flooring. It looks absolutely beautiful in our kitchen! We will definitely be back when we are ready to update the flooring in our other rooms!

The place is a hit or miss. We almost bought carpet to do our stairs here. The first time we saw peices well suited to our taste at decent prices. When we returned we could not find peices which were suitable.

The staff is also hit or miss. We have met staff who are helpful and others who seemed like they were forced to be there against their will.

Just went here to get a couple area rugs for our front and back door. Whenever we're looking for a small area rug we always have luck here.

Absolutely recommend. Walked in to find 1000 sq ft to redo a house for sale. Super helpful assistants to find what I needed with informed recommendations. Found what I needed at a great price and an excellent installer booked that I had actually had several recommendations for from other people. I found a very nice product at a great price in a tight timeframe.and everyone I dealt with was great to work with.

End of the Roll was recommended to me and they have delivered in all aspects. Friendly staff, worked to solve problems, and I love the finished product. We took an area carpet cut out a shape and had it rebound for my wonky front entry. It looks great!

I had a great experience at this store. Employees were very knowledgeable, helpfully and able to answer all my questions and concerns. I Ordered the carpet Monday, installer came and measured the same day and it was installed on Tuesday. For my next project I will be using this store again and I would highly recommend them to everyone.
