Zero customer service here…. Carpet was supplied and installed by these guys, I have had to have it repaired twice (restretched) and now for a third time. Left messages for owner to call me but no response!

We have had nothing but positive experiences here. We had carpet installed several years ago and keep going back! They’ve made us several area rugs, including one for an odd shaped room. Prices are great, staff is helpful & friendly, and we will continue to shop here for flooring needs.

Me take a couple area carpets home to see which one looked best, and then return the other a week later. (did that twice actually) They also made a runner for us, that was ready next day. Cyrus and the crew were very helpful all along. We’d buy there again if we need another carpet.

End of the Roll Newmarket did an amazing job on my vinyl floors! Store owner Parm provided excellent customer service, and the installer Jawid and his team was meticulous and did a superior job, including the daunting task of tile removal. My life has changed, so happy!

We lived in Newmarket for 30 years and had shopped at the End of The Roll store at Davis & Yonge several times. We recently moved away and I wanted to get some small runner carpets in a solid colour and couldn’t find them anywhere. I called End of The Roll and told them what I was looking for because I knew they could cut any size of carpet and bind the edges. They sent me pictures of the carpeting they had in stock that matched what I was looking for, I picked one, paid for it with my credit card over the phone and picked it up the next week when I had to be back in Newmarket anyway. They made it so easy and I am very happy what I got, I would recommend them without any hesitation.

Our new floors are amazing. They had to colour match the main floor and it turned out perfectly. The salesman, Shaun was wonderful and the installers were trustworthy, tidy and very nice.

I am an Interior Decorator and went to End of the Roll to find options to create a non-standard sized area rug. This location had many beautiful broadloom options to choose from. The staff assisted me with all of my questions. They went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. They are knowledgeable and it is obvious that customer service is of top priority. The carpet is beautiful! I would highly recommend this location.

My wife and I bought our first home 2.5 years ago and recently saved up enough money to replace our kitchen and bathroom floors. We went looking for a retailer we could trust and we are so glad to have gone with End of the Roll in Newmarket! Our floors were very well priced, the service was great, and the workmanship of Donnie, who came and installed the floors, was impeccable. Would definitely recommend!

We visited End of the Roll in Newmarket and have had a very pleasant experience. We stopped in and were helped by the owner and given some small cut outs to take home. We then returned and purchased our carpet and the process was very easy! Our install date was booked for 5 days later. Today was our install day which was flawless. The gentleman arrived when he said he would and completed the job in a timely fashion! We are very impressed and very happy customers!:)

The installer called me the day before my installation to ask if we could push back our install by one day. I explained that we could not as we have a cleaning service scheduled to come in that day to do a post renovation clean prior to a party that we were hosting the day after. He agreed. When he arrived on the expected date he ultimately gave me no choice but to have the job completed on the next day as he had a Christmas party to attend that evening. I reluctantly agreed for him to come at 8: 30 am the next morning after he promised to not affect our cleaning whatsoever. We discussed that we had prior commitments that morning so it would be just him and the cleaning lady for a bit after 9: 00. At 9: 40 I received a call from the installer that he was just on his way to our house. Over an hour late. Neither my husband nor I were at home when he arrived. I arrived about 30 mins after only to find that he had failed to match up the pattern on the carpet when installing it on our stairs. Wasting between 2 and 4 stairs worth of carpet (originally he said 4, later he claimed only 2). The owner of the store is now charging me extra $$ for additional carpet. Added to that the cleaning lady was unable to clean one room and my front hall. The installer attempted to clean up after himself, but it wasn’t done well and we had to sweep and vacuum after he left. Generally this wouldn’t have been an issue if it weren’t for him adamantly telling me that he wouldn’t leave any mess at all.
The entire situation has been unbelievably frustrating. There was no regard for our contract with the store and no respect for our time. It is now 5 days after our installation was planned to happen and the job is still incomplete because we are sitting and waiting for the extra carpet, that I suspect we wouldn’t have needed if the patterns had been matched up in the very beginning.
We will NEVER use End Of The Roll again! And will be sure to warn our friends and family against using them as well.

Dishonest Shiester! AVOID and support an honest company instead.

I needed 13 feet by 5 feet of UNDERPAD (you know, the dirt cheap foam that goes under carpet) for a small repair and was told it would be $70 plus tax! LOL.

Not sure who he thought he was dealing with but clearly he is used to ripping off unsuspecting customers.
