I had a very good experience of purchasing an area rug at this store. The size of the rug I needed was not available at the store, but Mr. Malik, the store manager helped me by importing the rug all the way from Belgium where those rugs are made. Excellent Customer Service!

Excellent shop with lots of options for flooring! They have laminate, carpet and more. As far as carpet goes, I just needed a small amount for a small space and they were very helpful and it was ready in 2 days. They have options right on the floor and they showed me the high end stuff and the cheaper options so that I could stay within my budget. Very happy with the service here.

Had a great experience with my purchase at this location. They were very prompt in responding to my questions and provided excellent service.

This end of the roll stores not reliable. They will provide you multiple different prices on same type of work. You will pay much more for many products than at the department store or similar smaller store. This not real discount type store, yet they market discount? They are not passing real savings to you. Even their basic sub floor material costs more than other stores. For floor, you can simply save easy Four to Five Hundred or so elsewhere, just look! Their contractors are not reliable and you can find much better deal elsewhere. You can even find journeyman for just as much or less, that will do much better work. The main person Malik not much help so do one self favor, just look, find better deal elsewhere.

Very good collection, very helpful staff and owner, you must go for for flooring options, must checkout this place for flooring

Mr. Malik is very knowledgeable about his products and guides customers according to their needs and endeavours. Me and my wife were confused about the designs and material quality. Mr. Malik and his staff were courteous and patient enough to answer all. Even though it might be early to comment on the product longevity but they quite look the part and the customer experience was definately worth it.
Highly recommended for a visit specially for newbies like me who are shy or otherwise hesitate to ask questions.

I needed to get 2 stairwells recarpetted and had been putting it off for months thinking the job too stall or difficult to arrange. I went in on a sunday and that same day they came and measured up/quoted and scheduled the installation 4 days later. Excellent price and service.strongly recommend.

I wish I could give more than 5. The customer service and product knowledge displayed by the owners Kshitij and Amod is exemplary.
We had a daunting task of getting our floors done up for our new home in a time crunch of two and a half days. Both the owners helped us choose the floor (LVP) and took the time to explain and iron out the details. The team who installed nearly 2000+sq of new floor in our house was lead by Javed. They did an amazing job in the small time frame they were given. Ripping out the old carpet, pulling up the old hardwood and installing the new floor in all bathrooms along with ìnstallation of basebaboards through out the house was done to a T. Disposal and clean up was done throughly.
We really want to thank Amod, Kshitij, Javed and his team for a job done in a timely and professional manner.

Went to buy 5’X8’ rug for my living room. Was lost with options available. Price was very competitive.
Kudos to the staff for their professionalism and the way the store is organized. Was very easy to look around and touch and feel the items

He didn’t want to provide a base price by sq foot for the carpet sample and proceeded to ask for a deposit to measure my house.

I went next next door to Ontario Carpet to see Fred. His prices are marked transparent in the catalog. He was extremely knowledgeable and pointed us to a carpet based on our needs.

I have purchased 2 area rugs from this store in the last year and I am very pleased with both purchases. The owner of the store, Malik, is super helpful and he has a very nice selection of area rugs. The rugs are good quality but very competitively priced.
