Contacted my sales person to request a repair date for the visible seams and loose threads was told seems are normal and to repair the loose threads myself never gotta repair date, never heard from them again.

Even though the installers didn't call to tell us they were on their way they arrived in good time, did a fine job and were very polite.

From first visit to end of install was very impressed with the customer service. We had high quality flooring installed at a price that couldn’t be beat.

I had a terrible experience with the manager and the return policy is terrible. Unopened boxes can not be returned.

Madonna O'Leary was my sales rep she was awesome to deal with along with Chris. They addressed my concerns fast with out any hassle what so ever. My Installer was Ryan he was just an awesome guy to work with, even on his day off he took the time to come back and re roll the flooring I am very happy with all that was involved. After convincing that DMX (all in one) underpad for basement floors would not void warranty with the proper DMX and with certain carpet manufacturers, end of the roll was the only carpet company that finally understood that DMX would not void the warranty. I found other companies would not warranty the carpet, unless you bought their underpad, which did not make sense, since DMX is the underpad and is far better. I don’t understand why carpet companies don’t sell this product that is superior. I’m sure it’s too new and most installers are not familiar with it. Their installers did a good job in installing the DMX underpad and the carpet. Note: you will need to pick up the DMX for carpet direct from them in Brampton for the proper kind. Home Depot did not have the right kind at the time.

This is our second carpet purchase from End of the Roll (Barrie). Rob was excellent helping us chose an appropriate carpet for our needs. Fitters Zack and Alex were fantastic and did a brilliant job. Will certainly be contacting them again for our next flooring requirements. Thank you End of the Roll team.

They did a great job and were easy to deal with.
The person who put the hard flooring in was a perfectionist, which I appreciate.

My only gripe if any is that they did not vacuum up the materials that were left after installing carpet. The carpet installation left pieces of carpet that covered the floor and since we had to move in directly after the install, I am sure we will be finding pieces of shredded carpet for years.

Alex and Zak came and installed carpet for me today. Not only did they do an awesome job, they were prompt, polite and very professional. I am so pleased with my new carpet it it's amazing

This is the first review I have ever written.
If I could give them a negative rating I would.

A 2 day instal turned into 3 days, which backed our painters up.
2 guys were sent to do the job but 1 guy was on his phone 80% of the time discussing other jobs I'm pretty sure side stuff.
We were told 8am start, showed up anywhere from 9: 15 to 9: 30 then were gone by 3pm everyday.
Left a huge mess everyday that we had to clean up before our dogs got into any of the multiple staples, nails, chunks of flooring. This was completely unacceptable.
Vent cut to wrong size so now we have to replace that, will probably have to replace both so they match.
Language on installers was terrible, off coloured comments and jokes.
Usually stared with. I'M not a racist but!
Terrible horrible experience. The owner did get back to us after a couple of days and offered his apologies only. But if we ever need anything to come see him. We decided to ask for 3 boxes of additional flooring that he is going to sell us at his cost $100 per box. It was vinyl flooring.
Worst experience ever.

Salesperson Chris was awesome he explained the product we were looking at. Gave us a sample to take home. When we ordered the next day he was prompt to get back to us. Customer service was the best.

Great experience from sales person Chris. From helping pick the right carpet for our stairs to coming out to measure and offering suggestions. Installers were on time, efficient and tidy. Asked our preference to stair install style. Quick service, from the initial show room discussion to install was only 10 days. Definitely would purchase from them again. Thanks End of the Roll.

There were many options to choose from and great compedative prices. We bought both laminate flooring for a new addition and three bedrooms and carpet for our hall and stairs. The installers for the carpet were top notch and the end results was outstanding. We dealt with Chris for all of the purchases he was great. I would recommend that before you buy any flooring give them a chance.

Excellent customer service. The carpet I got was a little more expensive than the other places I went to, but they were the only one to have inventory.

Staff was great. Very knowledgeable and provided all the information for the different flooring products. Selection was good and we were able to find exactly what we were looking for.

Came highly recommended and didn't disappoint. Great service. Very professional staff. We were looking to replace carpet in a rental unit. They helped us find some durable, reasonably priced options and fit us in for a quick installation so we could get the space rented again. Will definitely use them again.

Our experience at End of the Roll was amazing from start to finish. Our sales rep Madonna was awesome she was very helpful and knowledgeable. Dave who installed our carpet was amazing as well. You could tell he knew what he was doing, very friendly as well. There was no mess left and our carpet and stairs looked so good, I couldn't be happier with the results.

This is a wonderful place to go. Coming from the city, it is such a breath of fresh air meeting people so nice and kind. I love Madonna! She is amazing. They have a great selection of flooring and rugs plus more. They allowed me to take home samples which was such a surprise. That would never happen in Toronto. Go and check out this End of the Roll!

Fantastic service. Very professional. Easy and fast setup, took maybe 20 mins to find what we wanted and set up the appointment. They came and measured at the time they said they would. Installed 5 days later. Friendly and efficient installers. We will be back for our rec room needs.

Very professional from the time we walked i. They don’t brush you off, and are there to help. Wanted carpet install on certain day and no problem. The install guys weee very friendly and courteous would definitely recommend and use them again.

We had the opportunity to work with Shawn Winters on a project at our home that included Berber carpet in our lower level and hardwood on the main floor. His product knowledge, attention to detail and communication skills were outstanding. He took the time to source red oak flooring that would blend well with hardwood in other parts of our home. The installation for both areas (different contractors) was excellent and on schedule. We would not hesitate to contact Shawn for any further needs and recommend End of Roll Barrie to friends.

Very happy with our carpet and vinyl installation. Looks great. Installers did a great job. Good service from ordering to installation.

Everything went good until installation. The installer rolled out carpet the wrong way which we had to have a seam in front of the door glad i was there to tell him to put seam at back of room. Even though i phoned store to tell them what had happened they phoned installer but did not get back to me. Not a good experience. Jeff D

Sean the sales agent was phenomenal! Installation was great minus all the cuts were left at my house. There may of been a miscommunication or disconnect as I had asked if there was any larger pieces left. They could leave those ones as I could turn them into an area rug for where my kids play so they don't destroy the new carpet as quickly.

All in all Sean provided 5 star service in the showroom. He took the time to go through every option multiple times over a few visits to the store.

Installation was great. I wasn't home when they installed it hence the possible miscommunication about some pieces being left.

I would highly recommend going here if you're looking for carpet. Sean Price matched AND ordered in the carpet because this location didn't have enough to cover my basement with what was in stock

The sales person was excellent and very helpful. He was easy to deal with.

The installation crew however we were not to happy with. They left a mess everywhere. Nothing was cleaned up.

I found the staff vary knowledgeable. Madonna was quite helpful in helping me pick out what products she found would fit my installation needs the best. The product she help me choose was as she instructed for installation (easy and straight forward) the end result was a vary professional looking job. I would definitely use End of the Roll (Madonna) again and plan to in the near future.

Showroom service and quality of the carpet were good. Installation was a nightmare. It took 13 hours and there are quality control issues although the installer did promise to come back in January to fix them. Old carpet was not removed until 5 pm the next day and they left some tools behind. Hence, only 3 stars.

Friendly, very slow. The price was okay but, when I got home. I realized my flooring was 2 inches to short?

Absloutly the most disgusting customer service on earth.
We had a carpet installed in August there is a huge issue with the install its December 1 and NOTHING.the owner says he will call nothing for weeks. Then tells us they will come look at it when they are installing in my area. They had no problem arriving 2 days after I called for an estimate.
Then we were told if we keep asking it they will take lo grr to come look. I've been yelled at threatened because I would like our carpet fixed. We paid for a service and it wasnt done correctly. We have been more then fair and patient.
They were quick to take our money and service up u til then was great as it usually is.but how were bei g treated like trash.

I had a positive experience with this store with my vinyl tile purchase. After checking nearly all the flooring centres in Barrie, I came back to this one as they had the best prices and simplest solution. I just wanted something that looked good and was easy to install. I liked that the salesman here was no fuss and easygoing, and didn't try to upsell anything. He said they did offer an installation service but that those particular tiles I wanted (floating tiles) were so easy to install yourself that he didn't even recommend hiring anyone, that it could be done myself and they would even offer advice if needed. He had offered to include a bucket of glue in the price but we opted for tape instead (bought on Amazon) ; he was fine with that. Again, didn't try to push anything extra we didn't need. In the end, it was a no fuss solution whereas other places were offering more elaborate and expensive vinyl tiles and installation options. I did the job myself and am satisfied with the results.

My wife and I purchased carpet from End of the Roll last month and had a wonderful experience from purchase to installation. If you need anything at this location you MUST see Vita Polevaia (not the owner, not the installers just Vita.)
Vita is extremely knowledgeable and energetic and took care of every detail. She even did our measure. The installer (Robin) was super friendly efficient, organized and did a fantastic Job!
Will go back and see Vita again.
