Britney was very helpful, they had a good selection of area rugs to choose from and their prices were more competitive than other stores.

Dallas, Karsten and the team went the extra mile to help us purchase and install the right flooring for our new home. Couldn’t be happier with the experience!

All of the staff were friendly and welcoming without being overbearing or pushy. Karsten was amazing and patient and showed us many vinyl samples for our kitchen and helped us narrow it down and picked one we loved. We ordered it, it came in quickly, karsten carried it to the truck for us (by himself, in the rain) with a smile on his face and a kind wave. Everyone LOVES our new kitchen floor!

We had a great experience from picking out our carpet in the store to the installation. Sales associate in store was very helpful in helping us pick out the carpet for us and very kind. Tom was fantastic in my home very respectful and very good at what he does. Overall awesome experience!

I have been a contractor for 35 years and
Cannot speak highly enough about EOR Kingston. A number of installs have been completed under difficult circumstances; Construction never goes according to plan, but EOR pulled out all the stops and finished as promised. No whining, no lame excuses. THEY JUST GET THE JOB DONE.

I needed carpet on my stairs quickly when I decided to sell my property. These guys acted quickly and were able to accommodate me very with little notice. I found their pricing very reasonable. Wish I had called them sooner. Highly recommend using them.

We were extremely happy with the purchase and installation. The friendly staff and ease of the purchase along with the quick and efficient installation makes End of the Roll the first place we will go in the future for flooring needs. We would 100% recommend them to all we know.

The store had an employee who was exempt from wearing a face mask. Maybe she should have stayed in the back room or wear a shield. The other employee had a madk on but under his nose. I did not feek comfortable at all in the store.

We were very happy with End Of The Roll for the carpet installation at our new house. Dallas (sales) and Todd & Nick (installation) were professional, responsive and friendly. All worked hard to make sure our job was completed quickly and properly.

The product was good but the salesperson named justin over estimated the calculation that our contractor gave. We gave him the exact measurements but justin advised us he would give us slightly more carpet which was fine with us. Upon completion of the carpet install we had over 130 square feet left of carpet left which was base on his “extra” calculation. I understand that we were going to get extra carpet but giving us an extra 300$ worth which was almost half the total amount we paid for the carpet was very unreasonable. For a first time buyer at this store and not knowing any measurements i agreed to sign the paper work based on justins adjustments. Since i signed the paperwork i was not able to return over 130 square feet of carpet which was calculated by the stores salesman justin. Horrible sales tactics to overcharge us.

Great experience.right from the sales people in the store to the installation technician. So friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The price is right and really the selection was quite substantial. The installer Tom was exceptional.the installation is the key to success -so meticulous to detail. The installation was on stairs which have a lot of corners and railings to consider - such a good job - he has many years of experience so knows what he is doing and can recommend to you the best approach. Very happy with the carpet and the installation.

Minus the earlier issues we had in having them come up with an installation date. (We had to call them 2 times with no contact on their part) it went very well. The installation by Ward was top notch and quick.

Bought some engineered hardwood for our home and my husband installed it, He was very impressed how nice it was to install. Dallas Helped us choose it and gave us a demonstration on how to install it. Looks Awesome! Little Tyson my Terrier will love it:)

Fantastic service, right from picking out our carpet up to delivery. They even insisted on helping my husband roll out the carpet - it was 19x13 - and moved furniture out of the way and then back into place. I tried to tip them, but they refused to take it. We highly recommend this company!
