They're never open. The hours to get in and look at anything are not customer friendly.

Scott was absolutely amazing and very professional. His attention to detail was above and beyond our expectations. We were very impressed with the level of care and customer service provided. Our experience at end of the roll was absolutely superb. End of the roll had the best prices than any of the other places we were quoted at in Chatham, but the quality of their products do not suffer as a result of the lower cost— they simply make their products more affordable for the average homeowner. I have no complaints about end of the roll. From start to finish, we were taken care of, given expert advice, given the best price, and the job itself was completed quick, efficiently and with high quality work! We are very happy with this business. Not only did they do the work in our short time frame, they did some extra work on the day as well. I know not everything can always work out for the customer. But they will do their best to make you happy.

We love our new carpet purchased and installed by End of the Roll. They took care of every detail, measuring, quotes, installing and even called to make sure we where happy with our new carpet.

We had End of the Roll install about 1,000 sf of carpet. They were terrific to work with and even agreed to delay the installation for a month so we could complete some other work. The installers did a terrific job and made sure we were pleased with everything before they left. The even vacuumed! Best surprise - our final invoice was a little less than the quote:). We would definitely use End of the Roll again!

This is where to purchase you flooring needs folks. We were looking to purchase carpeting for our living room and hallway, so like I usually do, I look online to see who in the Chatham area sells and installs carpeting. I saw Sacwall and Sparks carpeting listed and was already familiar with them, but as I continued with my search I came across End of the Roll, not as well known as the other two. I phoned and described what kind of carpeting we wanted and the owner, Scott, said he would come out and measure how much we needed. He came out the following week, did all the preliminary work of how much we would need, and a price per foot that would be within our price range. He asked us to visit the showroom and pick out some carpeting that we would like, and then would be able to give us a total price for the carpet and installation. We ended up picking out our carpeting, and placing the order. Like I said, this is the place to shop for all your flooring needs. Both Scott, the owner, and his wife are personable, knowledgeable, and make the entire shopping venture for carpeting a pleasant experience. Oh and I forgot to mention, the installer was very professional, personable and did an exceptional job. It only took a week from start to finish to have our carpet installed, and with excellent results. I would highly recommend End of the roll as the choice for your next flooring needs. Their prices and service cant be beat.

Picked out flooring. Returned samples and the sales person i w as.dealing with was busy. I let the person that took samples.back and told her what i needed as i was prepared to purchase and bring home that day. Told lady to.have sales.person contact me.still to this minute have heard nothing but crickets. I went elsewhere as they clearly.did not need the business.

This is the best place to get flooring they were very professional and the guys that installed did a fantastic job. I will definitely be using them in the future.
