Ani was very helpful in helping us decide how to carpet our stairs. Product was beautiful and the communication was timely. Very happy with the finished product.

I recently had vinyl flooring laid in my small bathroom and bit of a hallway by End of The Roll in Burlington. The installers removed all my old flooring. The overall job was well done but at the end of the job the installers left thick pencil lines they drew on my new vinyl flooring for me to erase. They were also going to leave me, a 63 year old woman to rehang the two doors they had to remove to do the job until I stopped them and told them I could not lift the doors to rehang them which they did, a little begrudgingly.

Two days later I discovered that the installers had done a shoddy job while installing some nosing on my stairs. I sent the manager an email with a photo asking that a worker come and fix it and that I have extra carpeting they could use to fix the problem. The next day the manager called and left me a message saying they had nothing to do with removing my old flooring and to call her back. I did and even when I told her that the installers most certainly did remove my flooring she said well it isn’t on the estimate. I told her that I certainly wasn’t the one who removed my old flooring! She said she’d talk to her “boss” and get back to me in half an hour. That was over a day ago now. I was willing to let the pencil lines I had to erase and the installers about to leave me rehang my doors slide for the sake of peace, but having paid them in full in good faith before the installation even began to end up practically called a liar, and being dismissed and left with this unsightly mess, I feel I have to warn anyone choosing End of Roll in Burlington to be sure that all details of the install are on your estimate such as them removing your old flooring, and take pictures of everything around the area in your home they’ll be working in before the installers arrive, and if they’re removing your old flooring take a quick video with your phone of them doing it so the company can’t turn around and say they didn’t do it.

Joel responded to our questions promptly, offered great advice on redoing our staircase and was very helpful in picking the carpet.
The installer were quick, polite and helpful.
I recommend End of the Roll to anyone carpeting their home.

Everyone was so helpful during the entire process, from picking the right flooring to the installation. They were very accommodating of the condo rules and did their very best to minimize the dust and mess with a great final cleanup. Installation was done in a day. End of the Roll did a fantastic job! I went into the store to order (and pay) for my carpet and install. The saleperson who helped me, Ben, promised the carpet would be installed at 9: 30am Friday morning. When I called the store at 10: 30 am Friday, I was shocked to find out that no one knew about this appointment.
Thankfully, the girl on the front desk managed to arrange for a 12: 00 appointment.
I was very pleased with the installation, the quality of carpet, and found the installers very polite and professional.

Great selection of hardwood laminates, with some help I was able to find the perfect one and was in and out of the store within 20 minutes. Thanks for all the help and I will for sure be back for my next project:)

We had a major home renovation this past Spring/Summer. Ani Vautour was awesome! Communication was exactly what we needed.not over the top and there when we needed. We bought beautiful vinyl flooring that we installed ourselves.and then Ani helped us decide what to do with our ugly stairs. On her advice.we ended up carpeting them.for many reasons, it was the best (and cheapest) option. EOTR did a great job installing the carpet. They look beautiful! The transition from vinyl flooring to carpet is perfect! (And no trouble whatsoever when we returned 3 unopened cases of vinyl)

I needed to replace carpet in a bedroom fairly quickly, I brought in a sample of the carpet to match, the staff searched the store and came up with a few options. Raj was able to give me a very good price, and the staff fit me in for the next day installation. The installation was incredible- from start to finish this experience has been great I highly recommend!

I recently bought some stair carpet at End of the Roll. It was very reasonably priced and looks great. The staff were very friendly and helpful, in fact I went back and had two floor mats made from the same carpet and they bound the ends for me. A delightful experience overall! I highly recommend this store.

I have always had a good experience with EOTR, so I went to them when my senior parents wanted their kitchen floor replaced. In the beginning, everything went very well. They came out on time to quote, followed up and installed the floor on a timely basis. However, I did find it strange that they made us pay 100% upfront and not just a deposit prior to doing the job! On the same day the floor was installed, we noticed one tile that appeared to be a different die lot which really stood out on a prominent place on the floor. I went to the store and showed the sales rep a picture and he seemed to react immediately in agreement and showed his manager. The manager was very demeaning and said that he couldn’t see it, that variations happen (which I get) and initially dismissed me. But, he did say that they would come out and replace the tile (luckily we have extras left over). I followed up with the rep saying we wanted it fixed and he said he’d call me back to book a time. Well… I’ve been ghosted and it’s been almost 2 weeks. Then I get a text from them thanking me for my business and to write a review! So I guess they have no intention on standing behind their word or work.

Finally.a store where I could buy custom length runners for my home!
The selection is better than in most carpet stores and the price is beyond compare. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and super efficient.
