I will never use this company again. I have no problem with the quality of the product. The customer service was terrible, They have no idea what they are doing. The quality of the workmanship in installing the carpet was atrocious, the guy literally has no idea what he was doing he not only damaged my veranda he did a very amateurish job of installing my carpet. I had to try an fix it myself by trying to cover up his mistakes. They should not be allowed to do anything involving the public. I should say I am reviewing the Brantford outlet on King George Rd.

Very nice to work with, great work and fast. The other guys in town were booked a month out and very expensive. This place had what we needed in stock and installed the next day. Will be using them again soon!
