This was the third time I’ve used them in 15 years and I’m still happy. Colleen and Mike at the store were great to deal with. The installers were top notch: polite, efficient, on time and left ZERO mess. Way easier than the big box stores. Thank you for the great service.

The job was top notch. Installed as planned.they also were the only ones that were able to install in the short time frame I required. (Everyone else has to order the stock in) Add to all that they were the best price! I'll save you the foot work. Just go to end of the roll!

End of the Roll was excellent. I had put the deposit on my rug months ago (awaiting for my 3 season room completion). Delay and problem after problem caused a couple of delays and they were so accommodating and had no problem with me delaying the installation. The carpet is now installed, and beautiful. The installer and his partner were professional and very nice. Would definitely buy from there again without hesitation.

Love this company in Whitby, Have used it whenever we needed carpet since 2016 and always a good price and service. Recently we had fitted carpet in dr lr and hall. Perfect job, right on time. We live in a condo and they vacuumed the elevator and hall when they were finished. The super said it was the first time that was ever done. Everything was perfect when they left. And the price is always right at end of the roll.

Great service. Installation of carpet within one week of purchase. Staff went above and beyond to measure same day to ensure the carpet would be appropriate size.

I went in to see Colleen, the manager of End Of The Role to discuss the new flooring plan for my house, including new engineered, hardwood, new tile, and new carpets.
They had just moved their entire store inventory into a new and much better location at 3570 Brock St. N, Whitby.
We discussed patterns and colours in great detail. She has a huge selection of material on site.
Mike, came to do the measurements and make plans for the installation. He has been with the corporation for decades was very knowledgable in deciding what was going to be needed.
The installer, Alexander, arrived on time and diligently worked to remove the old material and replace it with the new flooring and did an excellent job.
I kept getting the impression that they were working as if they were upgrading their own personal floors.
They addressed every minute detail.
They noticed some unexpected surprises in the subfloor i.e, leveling, but they went ahead and corrected the issues without complaint or delay.
I would highly recommend End of the Role, Whitby, for any type of flooring work. Installation costs were quite competitive.

This location is local and the staff are so helpful and have in my opinion superior communication skills as they left nothing open for potential misinterpretation. They really impressed me and I’d recommend them to everyone. Prices as well are great value for price.

Everyone was helpful and friendly when choosing flooring for my basement. Ordering was seamless and installation was done as soon as the product was available from the supplier. A great experience overall!

I ended up at End of the Roll in Whitby after visiting many different flooring places. Not only were the staff friendly and knowledgeable, but when there was an issue when the measurer came to do his job, they bent over backwards to make sure that the price I had paid for the original remnants they sold me was honored.
