Great customer service! Very friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me choose luxury vinyl flooring for my basement which was very easy to install.

We were searching for an area rug and they had a great selection to choose from. We ended up going from the west end to the east end store as they had the size we were interested in. The staff were great and listened to what our concerns were.andhelped us make our decision. Very happy with it.

There was definitely time management issues. I was told when signing the work order that it would take a day. It took 3.5 days.
The timing issue would have been avoided if the installer had been assigned a proper assistant like I was told there would be.
What really happened was that the installer lost a lot of productive time retrieving helpers from the warehouse that didn't really help. One broke my oven door handle as he tried to move stove using the handle.
The installer always started after 10: 30. I thought an earlier start might have changed how long it took
The person who initially came to measure had not listened to my directions resulting in being short a few feet of tile which caused added problems slowing down an already delayed completion time
Would I recommend End of Roll after my experience. I would definitely confirm time lines and ensure a team of installers. The floors do look great

Their midrange luxury vinyl has been peeling at the corners since the first month, many different locations in a residential home, non traffic locations, installed in summer 2021. Delivery guys were very rough with the boxes, and refused to deliver it inside the house, they just dumped it on the lawn. Company sent someone to replace the peeled planks, and a few months later a couple more peeled again. The product is low quality for midrange price, and maybe the installation guys were rough too, who knows. And now the company decided to ignore us regarding the peeling issues since they wouldn't accept that they sold us a bad product.

We visited this store to get new carpeting for one of our bedrooms. We were super happy to find perfect match to the carpeting we already had. The sales associate that helped us seemed nice, but it turned out that she lied to us and left out important details. We left happy, but after leaving the store we received the estimate, which was higher than expected. It turned out that she had lied about the in-home measurement being free (she tried to explain after that it was a deposit, but it was added to the quote as an extra amount). She also told us the cost of installation would be 90 cents per square foot, which we were happy with. Turns out she conveniently left out that there was a minimum labour cost of $299. We are only getting one bedroom done so the cost should be half of that. She knew the measurements of the room, and should have told us that in-store. Super frustrating and disappointing experience.

We were looking for an area rug that was budget friendly. However the size we needed was going to cost over $1000.00. The person who served us recommended a more traditional high quality rug from end of roll. OMG this rug is so plush for a fraction of the cost. So soft under our feet when you first get out of bed. Thank you so much for your help. We were unable to pick up rug for a few weeks as we finished the painting of room. They kept our rug covered in plastic and it was perfectly stored and clean when we got it home.

We recently replaced our main level flooring with vinyl planks from End of the roll. There were some hiccups with getting the nosing but the staff were great when I followed up on the eta for it. I went on a recommendation for the brand of flooring from one of the staff and we love it. With 3 kids and 3 dogs we needed something durable and their recommendation did not disappoint.

The floor was easy to install and it has not disappointed in durability.
We started out looking at home depot for the same price point but it was a 6mil wear layer. We got our flooring from End of the Roll for the same price per square foot but with a 22mil wear layer.

Great service and I will definitely go back when I am ready to redo the rest of our floors.

Very good service! Had an appointment within a couple of days for them to come and measure and then the work was completed a couple of days after that. They took their time installing the flooring and weren't put out by our old, sloping floors.

Went to End Of Roll on St Laurent Blvd, Ottawa and was served by Denise. I felt in good hand as she knows her products really well. She was able to guide me to the best carpet for our rental unit unfinished basement. I got 3 different carpets but they all look very good together defining each area perfectly. Thank you!

Product value excellent, sales staff excellent, but to pay big $$$ for an install that basically took less than an hour? That I have an issue with, if memory serves me correct it was around $750 for removal and install stairwell carpet, that’s a heck of a payday, I’m in the wrong business

Stopped in to check out vinyl flooring options. Was greeted by Denise. She was absolutely amazing! Someone give that woman a raise! She was super helpful, explained how vinyl gets installed and helped me pick some great flooring. She definitely went above and beyond to provide stellar customer service. Because of her - I’d definitely go back to this location whenever I’m in need of flooring again!

Update 2: Owners changed the resolution. Stay tuned.

We ordered 82 boxes of engineered hardwood a few months ago and End of The Roll offered to keep them for us until we were ready.

When the flooring was delivered, we were 11 short. End of the Roll called back and found 6 of them and promptly delivered them. They couldn't find the other 5 boxes and said they might have sold them to someone else (after we paid in advance)

They delivered 5 additional boxes a week later, telling us the product was identical when the boxes and SKUs were so obviously different. When we opened them and compared to the existing flooring they were obviously different while the owner was attempting to convince us they were "pretty darn close". They left with the 5 boxes and they said they would call us back and we haven't heard from them in 4 days.

Jonathan the sales guy is genuinely a great person but the experience with the owners has been poor.

Updated: After two weeks, End of the Roll emailed a proposed resolution to refund the undelivered wood with an additional discount above that. The stipulation was to remove this review. We didn't feel it fair to the public to do so. A day later, the owner called my wife berating her saying they had "video footage" all the wood was delivered (despite their own manifest that shows otherwise) and demanded we come to the store to review it.
