Chris and the team are awesome! I've been to a whole bunch of physios in Toronto but when I found Athlete's care I stuck with them, they really know what they're doing. What stood out most was Chris asking what my goals were and then working out a plan to get back to full mobility. I get injured a lot so it's great to have a trusted physio to go to.

I was never an athlete. However, as a senior, strength training has given me back my mobility and my strength. I would not had confidence to do it without professional guidance. Ian Paron, my trainer, has the knowledge of what to do, how to do it and when to increase weight safely. Everyone can do strength training. Everyone should do strength training. It has made all the difference.

I came to Athletes Care for physio treatment on my rolled ankle, saw Chris as my physiotherapist and had and excellent treatment. Helped with treatment and rehab, almost have no issues to this day! Great physio and will be going to him for any other issues

My 13yr old has had a few injuries due to the sports she does and the guys here are amazing. They have helped her tremendously through physio. They spoke to her professionaly, listened to both of us to understand the problems and rectify the issues with follow ups to make sure we were on top of everything. Very Professional, easy to contact and i would highly reccommend.

I had never been to a physiotherapist before. I am in my mid 50s and started to feel some uncomfortable pain in my hip. Dan started with a detailed consultation along with testing my strength and flexibility. We started treatment with acupuncture and physio and he determined the problem wasn’t actually with my hip but with my foot and ankle, which was affecting my knee and hip. As soon as we started treatment, the difference in my flexibility was immediate. As well as the pain was gone. I now do treatments every few months and it has made a world of difference to what I can do physically.
I have also been to see Andrea for massage therapy. She is brilliant. I feel 100 percent better when I leave the office. Andrea and Dan work together to make sure that the treatment I get is perfect for me. I am so happy that I made the decision to come to Endeavor. It has made a huge difference in my life.

Really wonderful clinic. I have been suffering from a chronic pain for a few years. Only Joseph has been able to finally get some improvements. You get one hour long sessions with a range of treatment strategies like acupunture, red-cord and more. Both Dan and Joseph are very friendly, passionate and truly invested in helping you heal. I highly recommend this place.

Im an arborist and a soccer player (goalkeeper) keeping my body Nibble is a must for me. Ive been going to Endeavour for about two months now. My mobility is improving thanks to the techniques used during each session. I've been to other therapists in the past and its mostly short term results lasting any where between 24hr - 4 days. However, with Endeavour the results are long lasting even after all the physical activity im involved in. At first i was attending a weekly session and today was my first session back in about 3 weeks and im still benefiting from the last session. So if you’re industrial athlete like myself or you sit at a desk i strongly believe that Endeavour can help you feel less tense and flexible to be able to cope with whatever situation life puts you in.

Love this place. First came to see Dan and his team with a toe injury that was preventing me from training for the world Championships in Brazilian jiu jitsu last year.

Since then I've been back for everything from finger injuries to mcl tears, elbow, shoulder and wrist issues. More recently after being forced to stop training while my knee healed, Damien the team's trainer showed me some excersices I was able to do that not only strengthened my body without aditional load but that will help prevent future injury.

They have complete changed my perception of physio and rehabilitation and now insist our students work with them to keep them safe as they train.

Hands down the best physio clinic in the city. You get to be one-on-one with the therapist for the full hour and they really take there time assessing your whole body and figuring out what and where the problems are. I also was feeling much better and in a way shorter amount of time than other clinics I've tried for my shoulder. The staff are also super friendly and the location is great.

I had a knee replacement 5 years ago. I had residual swelling and had basically given up that this issue would not be resolved. My orthopedic surgeon said it appeared I was one of 10% that this issue would not resolve itself. I had been to several different physiotherapists and chiropractors and felt frustrated.

Karim Hana at Endeavour is a magician. His techniques and customer service are second to none.
What I most appreciate about Karim is that he asks a lot of really good questions. He also has a keen eye and watches the nuances in my body movement to assess the challenges that I’m having.
