Visited this place for a birthday and personally like the place overall.
A place that kids would like very much but as others said in review “safety” could be a concern. Didn’t find this place dirty and the staffs are quite nice. However, not a place for younger kids (<4) as they can get easily hurt. Also, the play area was little too crowded.
Liked the coffee stall and seating area, they are pretty nice for parents to take a break.

More care needs to be taken with having bigger kids on some of the items where there are small kids, I see alot of carelessness where the smaller kids could be hurt if there parents are not around and some of the bigger kids have actually no consideration for the toddlers. As a parent you need to be vigilant and alert and not just let you kids go running around, there should be more enforcement in the toddler only areas. I have seen much bigger kids just dropping themselves through the rope trampoline if thats what's its called with much smaller kids right beneath them tangled in the ropes. So I ask for both parents and management to be a bit more vigilant so everyone can have fun and not get hurt.

The staff at the endless fun are incredibly friendly and accommodating. They help us a lot and They even gave us a free extension on our room time, which was a great surprise. Highly recommended!

More than half of the arcade games are not working and the staff says there is nothing he can do. But if they wanted to do something, a simple sign saying not working would solve the problem. Wasted money buying tokens that we can't use. Not coming back.

Celebrated my sons birthday at Endless Fun for 2 years in a row now. Venue is great. The indoor playground is amazing and the video game arcade section takes the cake! Strongly recommend this venue for kid birthday parties. We're definately coming back!

We hosted our son's 7th birthday here and absolutely had a blast! We rented out a banquet room with a kitchen and bar, along with the indoor playground allowing the children to play safely with peace of mind knowing it was just our crowd. We had about a crowd of 80 people and the staff there, Jay did an excellent job. He was always on top of things and every so often doing rounds and ensuring that things were in order. I felt like I was in a big house jam with family and loved ones.

Thank you Jay and everyone at EndLess Fun for the oppurtunity of making our night possible, we had an awesome time!

Highly recommended. Just had my granddaughter Maxine's birthday party today. The kids had a blast, nobody wants to leave the place. Jacob is the best manager, very accommodating and attentive to our needs. Did I say highly recommended?:)

Really fun, good place to host a kids party. Didn't use the token machines this time so can't comment on them. But the kids had a blast and the staff was helpful and friendly!

Attended two birthday parties, kids really had a great time. Staff were kind and friendly.

Espace de jeu très bien pour les enfants. Bien pour organiser les évènements tels que des anniversaires pour des enfants. Bien pour un petit groupe car pas très grand. Un petit bémol a noter pour la ventilation dans la grande salle.

It's a nice small play place for small children but this place never has any of there arcade games working. There always broken and they don't fix them. They will still sell you tokens for nothing that is working. Most of there machines have been broken for almost a year or more.

Outdated place and too many hazards. Some nets are torn and child's foot falls through gaps on the stairs. The protection around the bars is torn up leaving sharp bare plastic. The children running through the games were tripping on the wires. Just not a safe place to play.

Great place for Birthdays and funtime for kids. Lots of things for kids to play with an arcade. We hosted a birthday for our child and the staff and management is super friendly, helpful and very accomodative. Eases a lit of pressure from you. The palce has a packages to choose from and fits your budget well. It's a must see place to consider for hosting events. They have a big hall where you can have larger events and other functions. Highly refer. Check it out.

Very dirty. Equipment unsafe. No arcade games work although I believe owner just didn’t want to put them on. I would never go back. No heat on. Food and drink left in play Center … so gross.stick to treehouse

Big play structure for kids, big cafe area for parents to sit, multiple party rooms of various sizes.
Place seems in need of upkeep and cleaning, 50% of arcade working.

I have celibrated my son's birthday party there. The staff was helpful and took care of everything. Basically the package was for 1-3: 30. But kids can play untill they close and they enjoyed it. The only problem was with the allocated room for 30 kids package was on the smaller side.

A lot of the arcade games were out of order. Play area was pretty fun. Birthday packages are pricey for what you get

We had an awesome time celebrating my son's 5th birthday! The staff was very accommodating and helpful. We were allowed to bring outside food which is a huge bonus. The place is large & spacious and there is a section for little ones too!
Kids had a lot of fun. We would defiantly recommend this place!

Fun for kids but run down. Most of the arcade games are broken which is disappointing for the kids.

Place is really cool and fun in a way both adult and kids enjoy at the same time. My friend celebrated her baby shower here and Jacob was very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend this place for children and for young at heart adults! 10/10

Celebrated my daughter's third birthday here yesterday October 15th I never leave reviews but I just had to for those who may be booking this place, the website needs to be updated with what packages offer found out two days before the party that I had to bring my own cake but the package the we chose was to include the decorated cake which it did not they did however offer extra box of pizza. Did not get the invitation that were suppose to be emailed and did not get the 2 free pass for her which was also included in the package but at this point I wouldn't be interested. We selected the package for 30 kids and 30 adults and got a room that did not comfortably fit the 30 kids adults had to stand outside for most of the time, considering there's a time restraints we were unable to do all the things we wanted to do that evening because we had to rotate children and adults to take turns eating inside the room. We were unable to do my daughters piñata had to bring it back home once again the spacing. We had to request a table be put in the room because there was also no table to put catered food which they told us we could bring for the adults (so you would automatically assume that there would be a table prepared to put the food on) had I known that this was the room they would've given us for 30 kids and 30 adults considering I had to pay for adults as well I would have never had my party here. I hope the customer service and Transparency Improves because the excuses given we're just simply not acceptable. Also when my sister in law asked for the manager I'm sure it was the manager we were speaking to but he said he did not know who the manager was and that was when I knew I should rest my case.

We had our sons 6th birthday party here today and it was so fun! The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. We brought decorations in a few days before and they had the room beautifully decorated for when we got there. The pizza was great. Tokens are cheap for the little arcade. The play structure is huge. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking to have a party for your little one or even just go for a bit to play. 10/10

Had a blast with the kids, I come here all the time with the family. Great for parties and get togethers.

We celebrated my friend’s baby shower at the event hall which was the perfect size for our group party! Place was pretty cheap and very spacious and had over 30 people. Manager’s very accommodating and very nice! Highly recommend this place to those who’s very interested on having an event.
You can also play arcade on the other side of the hall which was a big plus for us since we love arcades.

I always enjoy bringing the kids to this establishment. They are very clean, the staff there are very accommodating, inviting and friendly. JA made sure we had everything we needed. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Unfortunately this place has really gone downhill. Very dirty, play structure is falling apart, the floor tiles have bubbles that cause the kids to trip and fall constantly. No air conditioning in the playground. The arcade part is pretty much shut down? Not that it’s particularly expensive but your money is better spent elsewhere.

At first glance, it all looked quite run down and old: reception area, party rooms all in need of an update and reno.
The actual play area just got worse. Everything in the play area needs to be scrubbed down and thoroughly cleaned - it’s very obvious there is no professional cleaning done at all. The structure itself is broken and peeling in so many parts, and literally held together with duct tape and zip ties that are cut off in random jagged spots. The wavy slides have a design that basically throws small kids up in the air and then smacks them down. There are lots of bumps in the foam flooring making it uneven and a hazard for kids. Toddler area had nothing too dangerous but again, just so dirty. Arcade area is a scam and dangerous: many games are broken or have missing parts, and there is open wiring everywhere.

I wasn’t expecting it to be brand new or anything but there should be a minimum for maintenance and safety if you’re operating a play space for small children. I’m disappointed because I was hoping to find a local space to host a kids party but this isn’t it. I’d be too nervous about a kid getting hurt while attending. Definitely do not recommend.

Always a kid favourite for us, clean and lots to do to keep the kids entertained for a couple of hours.

Clean facility, friendly staff. Kids had fun as there are a variety of activities to partake in.
