I don’t normally leave reviews, but sadly I didn’t have a great experience. I was referred here by my dentist to have two root canals done, and while Dr Haas seemed quite personable, somehow both root canals failed after being told beforehand that there was a 95% success rate. Now I’m out two teeth and $4000 out of pocket, and there was no follow up.

*responding to this comment because it’s untrue. I asked directly before the procedure what the prognosis was, and was told 95%. After the procedure, it was 50/50 because you couldn’t drill into one of my teeth. Had I known you weren’t confident in the procedure I would’ve gone straight to get extractions and implants, but you insisted I needed the root canals. I understand that you want to save face in light of a bad review but this is pretty low. I take informed consent seriously and there was no mention of an alternative course of action or consequences mentioned at the time either.

I was nervous about my root canal before arriving. I can say without question this was the best experience I could have imagined. The staff were fantastic and Dr Haas was so empathetic and understanding. He took the time to talk me through what would be happening and constantly checked in with me along the way to ensure I was comfortable. Dr Haas is at the top of his game. What a wonderful human he is along with all the staff. Well done and thank you for relieving my discomfort.

Okay, I was so beyond terrified of getting a root canal. I’ve never had one done before and I’ve heard horror stories. I was referred here by a few family friends and I’m telling you I had an awesome experience. I had Dr Riley who did my root canal and the guy is phenomenal, so kind, caring, and he totally calmed me down. It felt like I was just getting a deep filling. He walked me through everything he was doing and continuously told me how much time was remaining. I HIGHLY recommend this clinic if you’re in need of a root canal. Thank you again Dr Riley!

I had the worst experience. I was shamed by the receptionist and spoken to like a five year old child when I went to my appointment yesterday. For being 10 minutes late. Completely inappropriate, rude, shaming and abusive. I am taking my business elsewhere.

Thank you to Dr R. Lewis for your skill and the fantastic care provided to me a few weeks ago. The procedure was intensive yet painless. Sensitivity during the recovery period was minimal. All was exactly as explained in detail. I have rarely felt so comfortable undergoing a major procedure.

Highly recommend. Needed a root canal following a bike accident and was extremely nervous. Dr. Haas was fantastic at explaining what had to be done and he and all support staff were very professional, kind and helpful.

Recently had a root canal repaired and some minor surgery. The office is spotless the staff are awesome and considering the amount of work that was performed I am not in major discomfort.

Dr Riley and staff were professional and kind during the procedures and I truly felt nothing.

Thanking God for helping us to get an appt with Dr. Manor Haas. He and his office staff (especially Richa) were able to fit my son in for a root canal. My son was in a lot of pain before the procedure but felt no pain during or after the process.

I required emergency dental work and Dr Haas and team were able to fit me into their busy schedule. The only pain I felt was the freezing injection! And that only lasted about 30 seconds. The doctor explained every single step throughout the procedure and alleviated ALL my anxiety.

Dr. Haas and his team are very professional. They communicate what will happen, and what’s happening as the procedure takes place. They are very experienced and use leading edge technology that improved my experience. Root canals are stressful; this place reduced my anxiety and did excellent work.

Dr Riley Lewis is highly skilled, compassionate, thorough and absolutely amazing at his work and very genuinely interested in patients wellbeing. He is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything in detail. He even called me directly in the evening to check that everything was fine. Amazing.
Also; equally important the office staff that I interacted with - Richa; at the front desk and Kim; the nurse who supported the procedure, both are very polite, skilled and highly supportive.

Today Dr Lewis did 2 canals Re-treatment on one of my tooth and he did an awesome job, also he is very professional, kind and respectful, but his receptionist is very rude and disrespectful and today she tried to overcharge me.

I can't believe how Dr. Haas, after 25 years of experience, is still so intrigued about explaining root canal procedures to a new patient! So gentle and polite - amazing bedside manners. They use expert equipment and it only took 1/2 hour to complete. I would highly recommend him.

I was so scared for my first root canal as I didn’t know what to expect. However, Dr. Haas and his staff made my experience completely painless. I had suffered trauma to one of my front teeth after fainting onto my face almost 6 years ago. In less than 20 minutes, Dr. Haas and his team were able to restore my teeth to their original state. I seriously could not have been happier with the outcome, Dr. Haas is a magician of dentistry.

I visited Dr. Haas' office for a root canal. This appointment was a pleasure! Who knew that a root canal procedure could be so painless, quick, and easy! I am a timid dental patient, and Dr. Haas and his team put me at ease both before and during the procedure. When the procedure was over, my only question was "That's it? ". Dr. Haas is a professional, but when my dentist sent me there for second check up they refused to take me in. I feel anxious about my pain. My dentist can't help me that was the reason of sending me to professional. I am in pain 24/7 and on daily painkillers. I don't know who else to ask for help and I don't want to live with the pain.
